(5) PAYMENTS.
(A) ESTABLISHMENT OF METHODOLOGY.—The Secretary shall establish a methodology for the payment for medical home services furnished under the CBMH model.
‘‘(B) PER BENEFICIARY PER MONTH PAYMENTS.—Under such payment methodology, theSecretary shall make two separate monthly payments for each high need beneficiary who consents to receive medical home services through such medical home, as follows:
(ii) PAYMENT TO PRIMARY OR PRINCIPAL CARE PRACTICE.—One monthly payment to the primary or principal care practice for such beneficiary.
(g) FUNDING.—
(2) PATIENT-CENTERED MEDICAL HOME SERVICES.—In addition to funds otherwise available, there shall be available to the Secretary for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, from the Federal Supplementary Medical Insurance Trust Fund under section 1841—
(A) $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for payments for medical home services under subsection (c)(3); and
(B) $125,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2012 through 2016, for payments under subsection (d)(5).
Amounts available under this paragraph for a fiscal year shall be available until expended.

Some Americans ARE READING the bill themselves and realizes they are being “hoodwinked”, “boondoggled”, and “rope-a-doped” with this Health CRIME bill.
The Legislative and Executive branches of our government want Americans to swallow the bait and think this “Plan” is the answer, BUT they don’t want this healthcare plan for themselves or their families…..
This plan is being rammed down our throats by the far left, the UNIONS and ACORN.

Wow… simply put. Wow. I can’t believe some of the stupidity of the people who are buying into this guy and actually went and VOTED for him.. he is his own handicap with a socialist agenda and liberal American’s whose parents didn’t teach them right from wrong.
I read the house version of health care reform that passed out of committee last Friday. Where is the Senate version that was passed out of committee two weeks ago??? Are they hiding it from us….maybe they don’t want us to read it???

The Apollo Alliance; made up of UNIONS, the “Green Alliance” with communist Green Czar Van Jones at the helm and the groups of “Social Justice” the likes of ACORN have admitted they WROTE the Stimulus Bill AND the Cap and Trade Bill. It is only a matter of time before America finds out they WROTE the HealtCRIMES Bill too.
A spokesman for AARP was on Glenn Beck today and when Glenn read him the ideals of Zeke Emanuel about “Human Life”; his response was “ARRP would never support that”???
Amazing, just amazing! I think Glenn left him dumbfounded.
People are dropping their AARP membership over this.
I, also, have dropped my membership in AARP and was suprised they were so willing to sell out their membership. While everyone admits the health care industry need reform, history has shown us that whatever the federal government takes over turns out to be a mess. I am suprised that 21% liberals can dictate to the rest of us what their vision of the world should look like. The real question is how do you stop a run away train after it has a full head of steam. While the president has his vision I blame a congress weak of good leadership for not looking out for the people who have elected them, and not providing this country with a fair and balance approach for all it citizen legal or illegal.

1. THAT is why we need term limits for Congress. The longer they are there, the more corrupt they become through lobbyists.
2. Get Rid of “K” Street. Supposedly there are 37,000 LOBBYISTS in Washington, D.C. looking out for their vested interest; not the American people.
3. This Healthcare bill is already LADEN with PORK again! No bill should pass with ONE item added as PORK.
4. DO NOT vote for any candidate that claims to be a “Progressive” be it Democrat, Republican or Independent. The Progressive movement has been trying to overtake our Republic since President Wilson (maybe even earlier).
I think that this guy is putting his own opinions on some of this.
He writes: Page 203: “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.” Yes, it really says that.
But he leaves out that the wording is for not describing a tax but stating that the tax is not to be used as a credit:
“(4) NOT TREATED AS TAX IMPOSED BY THIS
14 CHAPTER FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.—The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax imposed by this chapter for purposes of determining
the amount of any credit under this chapter or for
purposes of section 55.”
