Nothing is more like the fascist Axis of the 1930s than Islamist expansionism today. Like the Hitler-Tojo-Mussolini Axis of the 1930s, Islamic fascists are fundamentally imperialistic, with an explicit order from on High to subjugate civilized people or turn them to ashes. Mohammed himself famously threatened the cultured Persian and Byzantine Emperors of his time, and in the following years, his followers knocked those empires over like devouring army ants.

The peace-loving Buddhist monasteries of India were consumed by invading Muslim armies, with the result that there are no Buddhist monasteries left in India today. Not a single one. Only Hinduism survived the Muslim invasions, because Hindus are not pacifists. You can ask any Sikh about that; they are a huge warrior religion that arose as a buffer between Hindu India and its many Muslim invaders, who now hold Pakistan and Afghanistan. In India, the Buddhist monks just died or fled to Tibet. So much for the glorious results of peaceful resistance against Muslim armies.

Wherever Islamic fascists go, they first like to frighten and intimidate less warlike peoples — as in London today, where any BBC criticism of Islamic fascists is streng verboten. That’s what the Ground Zero Mosque and the Mohammed cartoon uproar have in common: They are purposeful agitprop campaigns to scare and intimidate all the weak-willed liberals in the West, a standard Islamist tactic to conquer by intimidation, just as Muslim conquerors have always done. Why bother to wage war when you can win by terror? Putin understands that, the Chinese understand it, and it’s clear enough around the Middle East. Only American liberals and European socialists are in denial. That’s why they are the biggest round-heels in the world. They will happily collude in their own subjection and degradation.

Islamic practice has always required mosques to have the highest towers in any subjugated city. No Jews or Christians were ever allowed to build higher places of worship, to ride higher (on horses or mules), or even to raise their heads higher while walking the streets than any Muslim. If you were a Jew or a Christian, you would duck your head deep down as you passed a Muslim, who was allowed to spit on you at will. As recently as the Ottoman Empire (crumbled in 1917), all dhimmis were unceremoniously beaten to the ground if they dared to raise their heads higher than a passing Muslim. Modern Westerners deny the obvious, but that is because they are wishful idiots, self-inflicted ignorami, and dead meat to all the predators of this world. It’s Little Red Riding Hood skipping into the dark forest again, but this time nobody told her about the Big Bad Wolf.

Islamic fascism is committing African genocides here and now, as in the Sudan, where a radical Muslim murder regime has been enabled by the “international community” to persecute and kill animist and Christian Africans since the 1990s. Rather than stopping the horrors by simply arming Africans who are killed for Allah, the Sudan has been gloriously elected to the Human Rights Commission of the U.N. General Assembly with the active connivance of the Left. That is just another fact that is understood by anybody who cares to open their eyes. The U.N. has been conquered without a shot by the new fascists, so that U.N. “peacekeeping” forces are rendered impotent in the face of genocide.

Kofi Annan stood by during the Rwandan genocides in the 1990s and then was elected Secretary General of the U.N. partly as a reward; Islamic regimes and the Euro-Left knew he wouldn’t make trouble for them. Annan earned his by using the Food for Oil conspiracy to skim billions off “humanitarian” Iraqi oil sales to help Saddam Hussein, in criminal collusion with French President Jacques Chirac and Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin. The U.S. press, filled to the brim with useless idiots and suckers, celebrated the bad guys and attacked the good guys. The biggest liberals always fall for the worst tyrants.

You think that evil is safely dead and in the past? You must be a liberal and self-deluded. But I repeat myself, as Mark Twain said in similar circumstances.

Islamofascists constantly threaten genocide against the Jews, as in the daily fulminations of that little Twelver freak Ahmadinejad — but also in the words just reported by our good friend the Saudi King of the Arabian desert: “There are two nations that do not deserve to live: Israel and Iran.”

This is the 7^th-century king of the camel-raiders that the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, publicly bowed down to — in a universal gesture of submission that was instantly understood throughout the Muslim world.

Neville Chamberlain gave Adolf Hitler only a half-bow after the Munich appeasement summit of 1938. Liberals are forever thus.

To complete the bleak parallels to the horrible 1930s, we see the Left-Fascist alliance together again. If you think Bill Ayers and Jodie Evans were just accidentally whipping up a PR stunt with the Turkish suiciders off the coast of Gaza a few months ago, then you, too, were taken in by classic agitprop collusion between the radical Left and Islamic fascists. Those were Muslim Bro suiciders (Turkish allies of Hamas) on board the tourist ship Mavi Marmara, under the direct command of the new Islamist fascist regime in Turkey. Like the recent Lebanese border assassination ambush of a senior Israeli military leader, this was a murderous setup. The assassination team in Lebanon Army uniforms had their snipers all set up with 50-caliber long-distance weapons, conveniently provided by U.S. military trainers.

“Change” was the campaign slogan Odinga used during his campaign in 2006.

This is an important story being ignored by every member of the mainstream media. I have covered it here and here. Obama’s ties to Kenya run deep. He knows the political landscape. Why would he back such a violent, dangerous man who made a pact with the Muslims to institute sharia? Obama’s bias for his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman denounced Obama during his visit as Raila’s “stooge.” Pay attention to this story and pass it on.

Odinga, a self-professed Marxist educated at East Germany’s Magdeburg University, met with Senator Obama in the U.S. in 2004, ’05, and ’06. Senator Obama also spent six days in Kenya with Mr. Odinga in August 2006.

While the trip was billed as a foreign relations excursion, Mr. Odinga and the senator were nearly inseparable. Obama’s presence with the Kenyan presidential candidate provided a major boost to Odinga’s campaign. Speaking at several Odinga rallies, Obama declared, “Kenyans are now yearning for change.”

“The [Kenyan] people have to suffer over corruption perpetrated by government officials,” Obama stated after a meeting with incumbent president Mwai Kibaki on August 25, 2006.

President Kibaki responded in a Newsweek article stating, “It is very clear that the senator [Obama] has been used as a puppet to perpetuate opposition politics.”

Oddly enough, the campaign slogan for Mr. Odinga was “Kenya’s agent for change”, a disturbing similarity to Obama’s campaign slogan of, “Change we can believe in”.

Shortly after the senator’s trip to Kenya, a Memorandum of Understanding dated August 29, 2008 was released between Raila Odinga and the National Muslim Leaders Forum. The blog that broke the story, AtlasShrugs, reports that the memorandum stated, in return for complete Muslim support and votes, Mr. Odinga would institute Shariah courts in all districts of Kenya, “impose a total ban on open-air gospel crusades by worshippers of the cross”, “outlaw gospel programs”, and close meat-packing plants associated with swine amongst several other requests. Following the discovery of this memorandum, a “clean” second version was released pledging the support of the National Muslim Leaders Forum in return for infrastructure and civil service assistance on behalf of the Kenyan government should Mr. Odinga be elected.

The election did not see things turn in complete favor of Raila Odinga. He lost the election on December 30th by 200,000 votes.Within hours, violence targeting Christians and members of the incumbent president’s tribe began.Numerous churches were burned to the ground, one with over 50 men, women, and children inside. Over 600 more were hacked to death outside during rioting and violence over a period of several days. Time Magazine reports Senator Obama was in phone contact during the New Hampshire primaries with Mr. Odinga, attempting to alleviate the violence. However, the senator was unable to contact the Kenyan president during the election strife. With over 500,000 displaced and 1,500 left dead, the Kenyan government created a new position within their government- “Prime Minister”. Mr. Odinga was sworn in as the first Kenyan Prime Minister on April 17, 2008.

While Mr. Odinga denies inciting or associating himself with the political strife, there is no record of any attempts made by him to quell the violence. There are, however, well-documented records alleging him of election rigging. Furthermore, a recent report documenting the election violence, released by the Kenyan government, charged Mr. Odinga’s campaign, including senior advisors, as the responsible party for the election violence.

Look Who’s Advising Obama

The Obama Administration announced it was officially abandoning use of the phrase “global war on terror”, as well as references to “jihadists”. In fact, the only terminology now accepted by the Obama Administration is a reference to fighting Al-qaeda. As if no other “jihadist” terror organizations exist.

Wonder why?

Last February Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal’s “Center for Muslim Christian Understanding, [CMCU], held a panel discussion on the Middle East.

Imad-ad-Dean Ahmad, Ph.D., reported on this panel discussion in an article posted to his minaret blog entitled “Advising Obama on the Middle East”

A few excerpts:

”The panelists were Aaron David Miller of the Woodrow Wilson Center, Hisham Melhem of Al-Arabiyya (who scored the first official interview with President Obama), Prof. Paula Newberg, expert on Afghanistan and Pakistan, newly arrived to the Georgetown campus, and Prof. John Esposito, the founder of CMCU.”

”Hisham Melhem spoke on “Redefining the War on Terrorism and the Freedom Agenda”. He argued that the Middle East is more fragmented than it was eight years ago, weaker,and, except for a few islands of prosperity, more economically depressed. It is mainly without political leadership,, weakened by two wars that have reduced America’s influence. Hope for change lies in the fact that the new president has deep roots in Africa, has lived in Indonesia, and has Muslim family members.”

”Melham explained that terrorism is a tactic, not an ideology nor a well-defined enemy. He asked why borrow terminology with deep European roots to foist a phrase like Islamo-fascism on Muslims?”

The first announcement by Clinton that team Obama was dropping the “war on terror” phrase occured in March. About a month after the CMCU panel discussion.

In 2005 the CMCU received a $20 million donation from Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal. The Arab prince is one of the most wealthy Arabs in the world. According to a report by Forbes, he ranks 2nd behind Warren Buffet in terms of wealth.

Douglass Farah writes on how the Muslim Brotherhood is making inroads of influence in the Obama Administration:

”The architect is Dr. John Esposito, a long time defender of the MB and the head of the Saudi-financed Georgetown University Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at the Walsh School of Foreign Service.”

”The same Dr. Esposito who maintained prior to 9/11 that radical Islam was essentially a myth and certainly no danger. It is hard to imagine any academic being so consistently wrong in their professed field of expertise maintaining much influence, but there he is, deeply enmeshed with all the major MB legacy groups in the country.”

Asaph Rowmirowsky wrote in the MEF:

”Even more problematic is the Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, named for the Saudi prince whose $20 million donation in 2005 gave the Center’s leader, John Esposito, a much louder voice in the Middle East studies community. Since then, the Alwaleed Center has become the locus of academic apologetics for Wahhabism in America. Along with his colleagues Yvonne Haddad, John Voll, and others, Esposito and the newly rejuvenated center are now in a position to proliferate a glossy vision of Wahhabi Islam to Americans.”

Why is this important?

The wealthy Saudi business man has stated that if “Arabs unite economically” they can influence U.S. policy.

A report at memri on a Saudi newspaper details the extent to which the Saudis have invested $billions to spread wahabbist Islam in the U.S. and around the world:

“The Kingdom has established more than 1,359 mosques abroad at a cost of SR 820million. Other mosques partially financed by the Kingdom included mosques in Zagreb, Lisbon, Vienna, New York, Washington, Chicago, Ohio, Virginia, and 12 mosques in a number of countries in South America.”

An article in the Washington Times two years ago on Saudi Interest in America, noted the purchase of shares in News Corp. by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal:

“The Saudis’ potential influence on U.S. and international media was recently illustrated by the prince’s purchase of 5.6 percent of voting shares in News Corp., the world’s largest publisher of English newspapers.”

The same article noted that government sources estimated Saudi holdings in America to be between $400 to $800 billion dollars.

Citizen Warrior reports the following:

“The Saudis have funded more than 80 percent of the Wahhabi-influenced mosques built in the United States within the last 20 years. Moreover, the majority of Muslim Student Associations at U.S. colleges are dominated by Islamic and anti-American agendas, as are most of the numerous Islamic Centers and schools financed by the Saudis.”

“Yale University has named a man tied to terrorism-sponsoring Saudi prince and Muslim Brotherhood as a “Yale World Fellow,” writes Martin Kramer of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy on the Hudson New York web site.”

“Muna Abu Sulyaman, the individual who received the title from Yale, serves as a liaison between universities and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who has donated to fundraisers for the families of Palestinian “martyrs,” a term often used to describe suicide bombers as well as casualties of the conflict with Israel, according to Militant Islam Monitor.

“Alwaleed has given millions of dollars to controversial Muslim organizations in the U.S. that claim to be “moderate” but have been tied to the radical Muslim Brotherhood group, and has provided universities such as Harvard with tens of millions of dollars. For example, he donated $20 million to Georgetown University’s Prince Alwaleed Bin-Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, which is directed by John Esposito, a prominent defender of Muslim Brotherhood, according to the Investigative Project on Terrorism’s blog.”

“Sulayman is also the daughter of a “Muslim Brotherhood kingpin,” according to the Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Report.”

“Can you imagine a better way to set the stage for a major Alwaleed gift? Hosting for a semester the very person who structured the Harvard and Georgetown gifts, and who now directs Alwaleed’s charitable foundation? A stroke of genius,” Kramer writes in his article.”

For Muslim voters in Europe, the attractions of the Socialists are several. Socialists have traditionally taken a more accommodating approach to immigrants and asylum-seekers than their conservative rivals. They have championed the welfare state and the benefits it offers poor newcomers. They have promoted a multiculturalist ethos, which in practice has meant respecting Muslim traditions even when they conflict with Western values. In foreign policy, Socialists have often been anti-American and, by extension, hostile to Israel.

That hostility has only increased as Muslim candidates have joined the Socialists’ electoral slates and as the Muslim vote has become ever more crucial to the Socialists’ electoral margin.

More mysterious, however, at least as a matter of ideology, has been the dalliance of the progressive left with the (Islamic) political right. Self-styled progressives, after all, have spent the past four decades championing the very freedoms that Islam most opposes: sexual and reproductive freedoms, gay rights, freedom from religion, pornography and various forms of artistic transgression, pacifism and so on. For those who hold this form of politics dear, any long-term alliance with Islamic politics ultimately becomes an ideological, if not a political, suicide pact. One cannot, after all, champion the cause of universal liberation in alliance with a movement that at its core stands for submission.

This is not, of course, the first time such a thing has happened in the history of the progressive movement, or in European history. On the contrary, it is the recurring theme. In the early 20th century, the apostles of Fabianism — George Bernard Shaw among them — looked to the Soviet Union for inspiration; in the 1960s the model was Mao; in the late 1970s, the great French philosopher Michel Foucault went to Iran to write a paean to Khomeini’s revolution. In nearly every case, the progressives were, by later admission, deceived, but not before they had performed their service as “useful idiots” to a totalitarian cause.

But the stakes today are different. At question for Europeans is not the prevailing view of a distant country. The question is the shaping of their own. Europe’s liberal democrats were able, sometimes with outside help, to preserve their values in the face of an outside threat. Whether they can resist the temptations of Islamosocialism remains to be seen.
