Former Republican Florida Congressman Allen West posted a brutally frank video Friday about NBA star Jason Collins and President Barack Obama’s much-publicized statements and phone call to the “courageous” basketball player. West and the president evidently have a different standard about what courage is.

Following Collins’ surprise announcement this week that he is gay, the White House responded with a statement of support. Press secretary Jay Carney said, “we commend him for his courage, and support him — uh — in this effort, and hope that his fans and his team support him going forward.”

West, a retired colonel, wondered why the Obama did not mention another man who made news on Monday: Sgt. 1st Class Greg Robinson. On the same day Collins made the announcement about his sexuality, Robinson became the first amputee to complete Army air assault school (finishing the grueling course is something West also accomplished during his military career). How big of an accomplishment is this? It’s huge. The air assault course is so tough that Robinson’s prosthetic leg broke twice over the 10 days spent rappelling down ropes, navigating obstacle courses and completing the difficult tests.

“There were no phone calls from the commander-in-chief, no magazine covers, no tweets giving him praise and accolades,” West says in the video. “However, Sgt. 1st Class Greg Robinson does not need their confirmation, he is an American hero.”

The second part of the West video details the story of Lt. Col. Matthew Dooley, a decorated Army officer who has been removed from the Joint Forces Staff College because he warned about jihadists that could be lurking inside the U.S. Military. Dooley’s story is also worth watching.

Russia delivers new al-Qaida warning to U.S.

TEL AVIV – Russia delivered to the Obama administration a list of the names of al-Qaida members among the Syrian rebels, who are receiving arms shipments coordinated by the U.S., according to informed Middle Eastern security officials.

The list, the officials added, demonstrates the U.S. is failing to vet the rebels being supported by the West for ties to al-Qaida and other jihad groups

The information comes amid scores of news media reports that the Obama administration is aiding the rebels, including by coordinating Arab arms shipments.

The arming of Syrian rebels is considered highly controversial. A major issue is the inclusion of jihadists, including al-Qaida, among the ranks of the Free Syrian Army and other Syrian opposition groups.

Just last week, WND broke the story that the U.S. in recent weeks aided in the transfer of shoulder-launched, anti-aircraft missiles, or man-portable air-defense systems, to the Syrian rebels, according to informed Middle Eastern security officials.

The Middle Eastern security officials speaking to WND said the latest U.S.-facilitated weapons transfers signify the most advanced deliveries yet to the Syrian rebels.

Confirming WND’s exclusive reporting for over a year, the New York Times reported in March that since early 2012, the CIA has been helping Arab governments and Turkey obtain and ship weapons to the Syrian rebels.

While the Times report claims most of the weapons shipments facilitated by the CIA began after the latest presidential election, Middle Eastern security officials speaking to WND have said U.S.-aided weapons shipments go back more than a year, escalating before the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi.

In fact, the Middle Eastern security officials speaking to WND since last year describe the U.S. mission in Benghazi and nearby CIA annex attacked last September as an intelligence and planning center for U.S. aid to the rebels in the Middle East, particularly those fighting the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad.

The aid, the sources stated, included weapons shipments and was being coordinated with Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Earlier this month, Reuters further reported Obama allegedly signed a secret order in 2012 authorizing U.S. agencies such as the CIA to provide support to rebel forces in Syria.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent a written warning about accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2012, long before pressure-cooker blasts killed three and injured hundreds, according to a senior Saudi government official with direct knowledge of the document.

The Saudi warning, the official told MailOnline, was separate from the multiple red flags raised by Russian intelligence in 2011, and was based on human intelligence developed independently in Yemen.

Citing security concerns, the Saudi government also denied an entry visa to the elder Tsarnaev brother in December 2011, when he hoped to make a pilgrimage to Mecca, the source said. Tsarnaev’s plans to visit Saudi Arabia have not been previously disclosed.

The Saudis’ warning to the U.S. government was also shared with the British government. ‘It was very specific’ and warned that ‘something was going to happen in a major U.S. city,’ the Saudi official said during an extensive interview.

It ‘did name Tamerlan specifically,’ he added. The ‘government-to-government’ letter, which he said was sent to the Department of Homeland Security at the highest level, did not name Boston or suggest a date for his planned attack.

If true, the account will produce added pressure on the Homeland Security department and the White House to explain their collective inaction after similar warnings were offered about Tsarnaev by the Russian government.

A DHS official denied, however, that the agency received any such warning from Saudi intelligence about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

‘DHS has no knowledge of any communication from the Saudi government regarding information on the suspects in the Boston Marathon Bombing prior to the attack,’ MailOnline learned from one Homeland Security official who declined to be named in this report.

The White House took a similar view. ‘We and other relevant U.S. government agencies have no record of such a letter being received,’ said Caitlin Hayden, a spokesperson for the president’s National Security Council.

The letter likely came to DHS via the Saudi Ministry of Interior, the agency tasked with protecting the Saudi kingdom’s homeland.

A Homeland Security official confirmed Tuesday evening on the condition of anonymity that the 2012 letter exists, saying he had heard of the Saudi communication before MailOnline inquired about it.

An aide to a Republican member of the House Homeland Security Committee speculated Tuesday about why the Obama administration contradicted the knowledgeable Saudi official.

‘It is possible the Department of Homeland Security received the information from the Saudi government but never passed it on to the White House,’ the GOP staffer said. ‘Communication between DHS and the White House’s national security apparatus isn’t always what it should be.’

‘I can easily see it happening where one hand didn’t know what the other was doing because of a turf war.’

‘Just like the different agencies in the Boston JTTF [Joint Terrorism Task Force] want credit for breaking the Tsarnaev case,’ the aide added, ‘they sometimes jealously guard the very intel they should be sharing the most freely. Sometimes it makes no sense at all.’

House Homeland Security Committee chairman Mike McCaul plans to announce on Wednesday an investigative hearing to probe what U.S. intelligence knew prior to the Boston attacks, two senior Republican sources told MailOnline.

Separately, President Obama announced Tuesday that the U.S. government will launch a wide-ranging inquiry into the sharing of information among the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security and other intelligence and law-enforcement agencies of the federal government.

‘We want to leave no stone unturned,’ the president said in a rare White House press conference.

The internal review will be led by Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and several inspectors general.

‘This is not an investigation,’ Clapper’s spokesman Shawn Turner said in a prepared statement. ‘This is an independent review of information-sharing procedures. It is limited to the handling of information related to the suspects prior to the attack.’

It is not yet clear whether information from Saudi Arabia will be involved in Clapper’s inter-agency review.

4 MAJOR QUESTIONS THAT REMAIN ABOUT THE SAUDI NATIONAL TAGGED AS 212(A)(3)(B), ‘TERRORIST ACTIVITIES’

It’s been nearly a week since Glenn Beck first revealed additional information about Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, the Saudi national briefly considered a person of interest in the Boston Marathon bombing. According to Blaze sources, Alharbi was tagged as a 212(a)(3)(B) — the U.S. immigration designation for “terrorist activities.”

In the last week, TheBlaze has learned (among other things) that Alharbi’s event file was altered last Wednesday, two days after the bombings, and the 212(a)(3)(B) designation was removed; that Alharbi was, in fact, placed on a watch list after the attack; that he was at one time listed as “armed and dangerous”; and that he was not properly vetted before he was allowed into the country under a “special advisory option.”

Despite those revelations, here are four major questions remaining about Alharbi:

1. What was the evidence that triggered the 212(a)(3)(B) filing?

There is nothing automatic about a 212(a)(3)(b) filing. Every piece of information must be manually entered, line by line, and the decision cannot made by any single person or even a “rogue agent.” Simply being on a no-fly list is not enough to trigger a 212(a)(3)(b). One source told TheBlaze that even in one case where the filing was ultimately incorrect, it still took six months to remove.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano did not address Alharbi’s 212(a)(3)(b) status during a House hearing this week. She admitted that the Saudi national was temporarily put on a watch list while he was interviewed following the Boston bombings, but added it was quickly determined Alharbi was not involved in the attack. The DHS head did not indicate that any other information was uncovered that identified Alharbi as a potential terror threat.

The question for the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement is, what did you find that was so damning that you included such a designation in the file? Or is there another explanation for including it?

2. Why was Alharbi not fully vetted upon entering the United States?

Alharbi was admitted to the United States under a “special advisory option,” generally reserved for visiting politicians and diplomats. Who is he that he was permitted entry without a full vetting?

3. Why the continuing secrecy?

If this Alharbi is innocent and this has been one big misunderstanding, why won’t the Department of Homeland Security publicly come forward to clear everything up?

4. ​Where is Alharbi now?

No one has publicly admitted they know where Alharbi is. Is he still in the United States? Is he back in Saudi Arabia? Where is he now?

A more complete understanding

In order to understand the 212(a)(3)(b) better, TheBlaze spoke with Bob Trent, a retired senior special agent for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He revealed yet another twist, telling us on Friday that 212(a)(3)(b) is not a deportation charge, but an immigration designation meant to block dangerous individuals from ever entering the United States.

That makes sense when looking at the relevant section on the Department of Justice’s website. There, the section is listed under Inadmissibility” and preceded by the sentence, “Except as otherwise provided in this Act, aliens who are inadmissible under the following paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States.” [Emphasis added.]

Trent said that if Alharbi was tagged as a 212(a)(3)(b) the day of the bombing, it could have been done in haste, perhaps by FBI agents who didn’t understand immigration law and didn’t realize that applying that label essentially meant Alharbi should never have been admitted into the U.S. in the first place. He said that if an immigration agent discovered the mistake, that could explain its quick removal and subsequent attempts to try and make the possible blunder go away.

But Trent doesn’t believe it was a simple mistake — he thinks it’s more likely that the 212(a)(3)(b) was in place while Alharbi was still in Saudi Arabia, but that someone stepped in to expedite his entry into the U.S.

“Either they screwed up and they picked 212 because they didn’t really know any better, or that file was opened before he ever came as a student…he should never have been allowed in and they only way they got around it is because they did some sort of expedited or direct call from, say, the White House or from State Department,” he theorized.

Bombers’ Mosque In Boston A Factory For Terrorists

Homeland Insecurity: The New York Times thinks the Boston bombers “self-radicalized” on the Web. But it didn’t look at their mosque, which has churned out other terrorists, too.

USA Today, on the other hand, did look at their mosque — the Islamic Society of Boston — and found “a curriculum that radicalizes people,” according to a local source quoted in the paper’s investigation. “Other people have been radicalized there.”

In fact, several ISB members and leaders have been convicted or suspected of terrorism, including:

• Abdurahman Alamoudi, the mosque’s founder and first president, who in 2004 was sentenced to 23 years in federal prison for plotting terrorism as al-Qaida’s top fundraiser in America.

• Aafia Siddiqui, an MIT scientist-turned-al-Qaida agent, who in 2010 was sentenced to 86 years in prison for planning a New York chemical attack.

• Tarek Mehanna, who in 2012 was sentenced to 17 years for plotting to use automatic weapons to murder shoppers in a suburban Boston mall.

• Ahmad Abousamra, an ex-mosque official’s son, who fled the country after the FBI charged him with conspiring with Mehanna to kill Americans.

• Yusuf al-Qaradawi, a mosque trustee and Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader banned from the U.S. after issuing a fatwa that OK’d killing U.S. soldiers.

• Jamal Badawi, a former ISB trustee who in 2007 was named an unindicted co-conspirator in a plan to funnel $12 million to Palestinian suicide bombers.

In justifying mall attacks, the FBI said Abousamra stated “civilians were not innocent because they paid taxes to support the government and because they were kaffir (non-Muslims).”

The Tsarnaev brothers, who killed three and injured some 200 spectators, appeared to share that rationale.

In 2009, ISB invited Yasir Qadhi to speak, even though the Saudi radical advocates turning the U.S. into an Islamic state and calls Christians “filthy” polytheists whose “life holds no value in the state of jihad.”

The Tsarnaev brothers, who began radicalizing in 2009, posted YouTube videos featuring imams exhorting the death of Christians and Jews and calling for the establishment of the caliphate.

ISB leaders have defended its rotten apples, including Siddiqui and Mehanna, despite overwhelming evidence against them.

“Before the [Tsarnaev] brothers became the focus of the investigation, authorities questioned a Saudi student who reportedly was on a terror watchlist,” Grassley said.  “I sent a letter to you this morning asking for answers to questions about the bombers and how they interacted with your agency, I trust you will promptly respond…”

“With regard to the Saudi student, was he on a watchlist, and if so, how did he obtain a student visa?” Grassley asked.

Napolitano firmly responded: “He was not on a watchlist.  What happened is — this student was, really when you back it out, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.  He was never a subject.  He was never even really a person of interest.  Because he was being interviewed, he was at that point put on a watchlist, and then when it was quickly determined he had nothing to do with the bombing, the watch listing status was removed.” [Emphasis added]

‘ARMED AND DANGEROUS’: BECK’S LATEST REVELATIONS ON SAUDI NATIONAL ONCE CONSIDERED ‘PERSON OF INTEREST’ IN BOSTON BOMBINGS

For the past week, Glenn Beck has been investigating a Saudi national once identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing.  The story has taken a number of alarming twists and turns, but on his radio program Wednesday, Beck released some of the most interesting information yet.

But first, here are a few background points on how the case developed:

• A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212, 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing
• TheBlaze received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national — identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi — as the story gained traction last week
• Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill, saying the inquiry was “so full of misstatements and misapprehension that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”
• An ICE official said a different Saudi national is in custody, but that he is “in no way” connected to the bombings.
• Key congressmen of the Committee on Homeland Security request a classified briefing with Napolitano
• New info provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges
• Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.  A DHS official told TheBlaze Alharbi properly transferred his student visa to a school in Massachusetts
• TheBlaze sources reveal Alharbi was put on a terror watchlist after the bombing, and Napolitano confirms he was on a “watchlist” Tuesday.

On his radio program, Beck began with an overview of how the case unfolded, noting that Alharbi has rapidly gone from “person of interest, to witness, to victim, to nobody.”

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano even said yesterday that Alharbi was just “in the wrong place at the wrong time” and was “never a subject,” after ridiculing inquiries into the matter last week.

But Wednesday, Beck presented new information after a Blaze source directly read the original event file, and multiple government sources with knowledge of the case and files contributed their knowledge.

Napolitano could serve “jail time for perjury,” Beck declared, and she will be “the first to fall.”

Here are a couple of new points, as Beck related them:

• At the time the event file was created for Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, it indicated he was “armed and dangerous”​
• Alharbi was admitted into the country under a “special advisory option,” which is usually reserved for visiting politicians, VIPs, or journalists.  The event file cover page indicates he was granted his statuswithout full vetting.
• One of the first excuses given by law enforcement when confronted about Alharbi’s pending deportation was an expired visa.  But according to the event file, his visa is good until 11-NOV-2016.
• The event file indicates he entered the U.S. on 08/28/12 in Boston, MA but says he is a student at the University of Findlay, in Findlay, Ohio.  He has an apartment in Boston, and doesn’t seem to have been a full-time student in Ohio.
• When a file is created in the system the author(s) are notified via email when it is accessed, and given the email address of the person accessing, so there is a record within the government data system of who deleted them.  It was amended to remove the deportation reference, then someone later went in and tried to destroy both the original event file and an amended versions.  Copies had already been made.
•  The original event file was reviewed and approved by two high level agents – Chief Watch Commander Maimbourg and Watch Commander Mayfield.

Beck explained: “Subject is an exact match to that no fly order.  That means, we have been presented bad information…and it was reviewed, and found to be sufficient.  Subject has One (1) prior event...When they opened this when he was at the hospital, they found he’s already in the system!”

“A 212, 3B is from the Patriot Act…It is the biggest warning we can put on anybody,” he explained for those unfamiliar with the term.  “You do not put people’s name on there easily…this is a terrorist designation, and there is a panel of agencies that you have to go and make your case to.  It’s not like you’re standing in the hospital room and they say: ‘Make him a 212,3B.’   And if they ​are, they’re abusing their power….It is so rare that somebody’s name is taken off outside of death, that none of ours sources can tell us that it’s ever happened.  It is laughable what Janet Napolitano said yesterday.”

Certainly, a litany of questions remain.

Was Alharbi considered “armed and dangerous” before the Boston bombing, or at it?  Was it related to something they found at his apartment?  Was his prior “event” from the days prior, at the bombing, or was it from an earlier period in his life?

Moreover, how was he admitted into the country under a “special advisory option?”  How many students receive that privilege, particularly without property security clearance?

In Beck’s estimation, the entire situation at the least amounts to an alarming lack of transparency, and at the worst, an abuse of power and cover-up.

Freshman Massachusetts Senator Elizabet Warren appears to be at least as socialist as her predecessor, Ted Kennedy.

Like the “Lion of the Senate,” Warren is also enmeshed in the U.S. socialist movement. Unlike Kennedy though, her ancestry doesn’t make her quite so untouchable. Like Kennedy, she almost certainly has presidential ambitions.

Democratic Socialists of America is big in Massachusetts. America’s largest Marxist group is entrenched at Harvard, controls the Bay State’s labor movement and commands the allegiance, or at least respect, of a whole swathe of municipal, county, state and federal politicians.

Ted Kennedy was deeply entrenched in DSA and Liz Warren is too.

Elizabeth Warren is particularly close to well known Democratic Party activist Heather Booth, one of the most important “progressive” operatives in the country. Booth has been working for a socialist USA since the 1960s, though is very loathe to use the “s’ word herself.

Booth has questioned whether it is “useful in an American context to focus attention on socialism, given its anti-democratic record. Instead she has argued that a radical definition of democracy has a greater chance of changing minds and political practice in the United States.”

Booth has been a key trainer of Democratic activists, most recently for DSA friendly Barack Obama, but starting in 1993, Heather Booth worked on electoral campaigns and with the Democratic National Committee and was the Training Director for the Committee during the Clinton administration.

Booth honed her skills while running Chicago’s infamous Midwest Academy, a DSA-controlled school for “community organizers’ based on the principles of radical agitator Saul Alinsky. Booth has stated “Alinsky is to community-organizing as Freud is to psychoanalysis.”

While never publicly admitting to DSA membership herself, Booth has a 40-year history with the organization.

According to the December 29, 1979, issue of Information Digest, the “initiators” of the Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (forerunner of Democratic Socialists of America), formed in 1973 as a result of a split within the Socialist Party USA, largely over the issue of cooperation with communists, included Julian Bond, John Conyers, Ronald Dellums, Doug Fraser, Joyce Miller, William Winpisinger, Jerry Wurf and Heather Booth.

Booth has worked with DSA since then and is often described as a “friend” of the organization.

More tellingly, her husband Paul Booth, a top AFSCME official, has been confirmed as a “paid up” DSAer.

Heather Booth’s main connection to Liz Warren come through her latest “front” group, Americans for Financial Reform.

On January 28, 2010, Booth wrote in the Huffington Post:

Last night in his State of the Union address, President Obama reinforced his ambitious agenda to fix the economy and enact financial reform, including measures to hold Big Banks accountable for their reckless actions that led to our financial crisis and the loss of millions of jobs:

The House has passed financial reform…And the lobbyists are already trying to kill it. Well, we cannot let them win this fight. And if the bill that ends up on my desk does not meet the test of real reform, I will send it back.

At Americans for Financial Reform, we are fighting to make this possible. Financial reform will protect working families and small businesses by reining in the greedy, reckless behavior of big banks on Wall Street and will crack down on the abuses committed by credit card companies and the mortgage lending industry. These reforms will hold Wall Street accountable and prevent another financial crisis.

Members of AFR’s Advisory Board include Alan Charney, a former DSA National Director; AFSCME official Richard Ferlauto, a one time Connecticut DSAer; and Robert Kuttner, an Obama biographer, from DSA aligned “think tank” Demos and himself a long time DSA supporter.

Right from the start, Elizabeth Warren was AFR’s best friend.

As far back as 2009, Booth and Warren were working together to promote a Consumer Finance Protection Agency.

According to Dave Johnson, a fellow with the DSA co-founded Campaign for America’s Future, writing in October 2009:

I was on a blogger call today with Elizabeth Warren to discuss this bill. This call was hosted by Heather Booth, Americans for Financial Reform, a coalition of 200 organizations fighting for this other reforms of our banking and financial system. Warren is Chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel – COP – but was not on the call in that capacity. She was on the call to explain why we need the CFPA. Warren originally proposed the idea of a CFPA,

In 2010, AFR circulated an online petition asking President Barack Obama to appoint Elizabeth Warren to head the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and a rap song urging the same —― Got A New Sheriff, by the Main Street Brigade, also appeared.

“Elizabeth Warren is one of the great experts in the country on the economics of middle class families and supporting them and protecting them” said Heather Booth, head of Americans for Financial Reform. “There’s no one who has a background with the depth on the issues and the willingness to stand up to those biggest banks.

Booth invoked her labor union (read DSA) support in order get President Obama to appoint Warren to head the new agency.

In July 2010, a coalition of groups fighting to reform the nation’s financial system formally endorsed Harvard Law professor and bailout watchdog Elizabeth Warren to head the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Americans for Financial Reform, an alliance of more than 250 organizations that has spent the past year advocating for financial reform legislation, said that Warren is the “most experienced, effective and independent person” to serve as the critical first chief of the new agency.

AFR includes top labor groups and progressive advocacy organizations with deep ties to the Obama administration, including AFL-CIO and the Service Employees International Union.

“[Elizabeth] Warren has shown a steadfast and tireless commitment to protecting consumers throughout her distinguished career and is without question the best candidate to run the new CFPB,” Heather Booth, AFR’s director, said in a statement.

On April 6th, 2010, Americans for Financial Reform and its radical ally, Americans for Fairness in Lending, hosted a special webinar discussion with Professor Warren and AFR Director Heather Booth for the general public. It focused on “where things stand in the movement for financial reform and how everyday citizens can get involved in the fight to rein in the big banks and get the economy back on track.”

Despite considerable pressure from AFR and other groups, Obama didn’t appoint Warren. Undeterred, Warren, backed by the DSA-controlled Massachusetts labor movement, decided to run for the U.S. Senate against Republican incumbent Scott Brown in 2012.

On March 21, 2012, a “Young Professionals Event” fundraiser was held at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Boston for Elizabeth Warren

The event was hosted by Alisha Bhagat, Heather Booth, her DSA husband Paul Booth, Institute for Policy Studies “arch progressive” Robert Borosage and Mike Lux, former Special Assistant to the President for Public Liaison in the Bill Clinton White House, former Obama Transition Team outreach to the “progressive” movement, influential blogger/consultant and one time Iowa Democratic Socialists of America member.

Elizabeth Warren was not slow in returning a favor to a comrade.

When Midwest Academy held its annual award ceremony on December 12, 2012 at the Eatonville Restaurant, Washington DC, Elizabeth Warren was guest speaker.

Pictured below, Warren mingles with Heather Booth and convicted felon, Democratic Party strategist and long-time DSA associate, Bob Creamer, and in the background, well known Chicago DSAer Roberta Lynch.

Hamza is the son of Khairiah Sabar of Saudi Arabia, one of Bin Laden’s three wives who were living in the Abbottabad compound.^[11] Interrogation of the surviving wives of Osama Bin Laden by Pakistani intelligence after the raid on the Abbottabad revealed Hamza was the only person missing. He was not among those killed or injured. The raid conducted by the SEAL team was thorough: infrared technology, as well as ground troops, remained confident nobody inside the compound had escaped. There were no hidden exit tunnels from the compound.^[12][13]

In a letter confiscated in the raid, written by bin Laden and addressed to his “Chief of Staff” Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, bin Laden mentions his desire that Hamza would be educated in Qatar as a religious scholar so that he could “refute the wrong and the suspicions raised around Jihad.”^[14] The same letter revealed that Hamza did not escape the raid because he was not even present in Abbottabad.^[15][16] Letters from the compound also confirmed that Osama was grooming Hamza to be his heir apparent following the death of Hamza’s older brother Saad in a 2009 US drone strike.^[17][18]

The congressional source told TheBlaze it was unclear as to why representatives from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be unaware of this information. Earlier on Thursday, an official with ICE said it was “categorically false” that Alharbi had ever been considered for deportation.

The congressional source, however, said the information sent to Congress showed that a file was created on “Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harby” at 4 p.m. on Tuesday by an official with the National Targeting Center, a counterterrorism sub-agency of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security. The file stated that the individual is “linked to the Boston bombing” and was to be processed for revocation of his visa based on national security grounds, the congressional source revealed.

DHS OFFICIAL PROVIDES NEW DETAILS, MAINTAINS INNOCENCE OF SAUDI NATIONAL ONCE CONSIDERED A PERSON OF INTEREST IN BOSTON BOMBINGS

Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, who is in the U.S. on a student visa, was placed on the “no-fly” list as a precaution after federal officials identified him as a person of interest, the DHS official told TheBlaze. Early in the investigation, an “event” file was also created on the Saudi national by the National Targeting Center. The event, which has reportedly been viewed by members of Congress, links Alharbi to terrorist activity by flagging him under section 212, 3B and calls for his deportation.

Alharbi is currently considered innocent and not connected to the Boston bombings or the two suspects identified by the FBI, according to the DHS official. He was very cooperative and willing to do whatever investigators required to prove his innocence, the official said.

The DHS source told TheBlaze that there is no deportation order in effect for Alharbi and he did not know his whereabouts at this point.

The source also told TheBlaze that Alharbi filed the correct visa-related paperwork to transfer schools from Ohio to Massachusetts. His student visa is reportedly still valid and not being violated, the source said.

When asked by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-S.C.) during the hearing specifically why there were plans made to deport someone who was allegedly at the scene of the bombings, Napolitano refused to answer because the question is “just not worthy of an answer.”

Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Thursday denied there was a deportation order for Alharbi, saying that is  “categorically false.” The same ICE official then revealed that there was a second Saudi national in custody but said that individual was not linked to the Boston bombing.

Today, the DHS official shed some light on the mysterious case of a second Saudi student taken into custody on the day of the Boston bombings, which could have possibly led to some initial confusion on behalf of federal officials.

The second Saudi national, also in the U.S. on a student visa, was reportedly stopped at a port in Boston where he was picking up a shipment. The Saudi student was then detained at the port because of the heightened security checks being conducted after two bombs tore through downtown Boston.

Officials determined that the student was not connected to the Boston bombings, though he was found to have violated his student visa by not enrolling in school, the DHS official explained. He was then ordered to appear in court on immigration-related grounds as a result of the visa violation.

CANADIAN AUTHORITIES SAY THEY’VE FOILED MAJOR AL-QAEDA LINKED TERRORIST PLOT

Canadian police say they have thwarted a deadly al-Qaeda-supported plan to derail a passenger train as it crossed the Whirpool Rapids Bridge connecting Canada to the United States, plunging its many would-be victims 225 feet into the raging Niagara River.

“After an extensive and complex criminal investigation,” Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) representatives said during a Monday press conference, police arrested and charged two individuals with terrorism related offenses.

The suspects have been identified as 30-year-old Chiheb Esseghaier and 35-year-old Raed Jaser of Montreal and Toronto, respectively.

Police said the men are not Canadian citizens, but wouldn’t say where they are from. They face charges of conspiring to carry out an attack and murder people in association with a terrorist group.

A source said the “Amtrak Maple Leaf line, which runs from Toronto to New York City, was targeted,” the Daily Mail notes, citing Reuters. “Canadian officials declined to confirm which trains were in the crosshairs.”

Police later added that the suspects received assistance from al-Qaeda figures in Iran, but said there is no indication the alleged plot was state-sponsored. They say the al-Qaeda support was in the form of “direction and guidance.”

​Reuters sources reportedly added: “U.S. security and law enforcement sources [said] the suspects had sought to attack the railroad between Toronto and New York City.”

KEY CONGRESSMEN REQUEST CLASSIFIED BRIEFING ON SAUDI ‘PERSON OF INTEREST’ IN BOSTON BOMBING

The House Committee on Homeland Security on Sunday emailed TheBlaze a copy of their request to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for more information on the Saudi national originally described as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing.

The Saudi national — originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi — has been the topic of fierce debate in recent days, after he was reportedly set to be deported under section 212 3B of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) – “Security and related grounds” – “Terrorist activities,” after the bombing.

The story gained a curious twist when, after it gained more traction, President & Chief Content Officer for TheBlaze Joel Cheatwood received word from one of his investigative reporters that “there is now discussion that they may not allow this man to be deported.”

When Napolitano was asked about the issue by South Carolina Rep. Jeff Duncan last week, she said his question was “so full of misstatements and misapprehension that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”

ICE sources later told TheBlaze that a separate Saudi national was in custody, and that he is “in no way affiliated” with the Boston attacks.

Now, the House Committee on Homeland Security wants some answers.

Here is a copy of the letter, signed by Chairman Michael T. McCaul, Chairman Jeff Duncan of the subcommittee on Oversight and Management Efficiency, Chairman Peter King of the subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, and Chairman Candice Miller of the subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security:

The letter reads:

We are writing to request a classified briefing on Department of Homeland Security information and actions related to the case of the original person of interest in the terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 22, 2013.

On Thursday, April 18th, you testified before the Committee on Homeland Security and responded to a question related to this individual’s immigration status by saying that you “were unaware of anyone being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston.”  However, media reports have continued to raise concerns about this individual and adjustments that may have been made to his immigration status, including possible visa revocation and terrorist watch-listing, in the days following the bombing.

We request the Department provide a detailed overview of the records associated with this individual to include his law enforcement and immigration records prior to April 15, 2013, as well as his current status.  We request briefers from the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Customs and Border Protection.

We appreciate your immediate attention to this issue and anticipate your prompt reply.

The committee says it has copies of the original deportation order, and has confirmed to TheBlaze and several other media outlets that the facts are as we reported last week.

“Innocent” Saudi spotted with two other Saudis at Marathon?

First, a few things that are undisputed. We know that federal, state, and local authorities took interest in a Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi after the Boston marathon bombings. We also know that he was injured and that those authorities searched his apartment and hauled away bags of stuff.

Add to that the fact that not long after Secretary of State John Kerry secretly met with the Saudi Foreign Minister after an open meeting with a photo spray was abruptly changed to a closed-door meeting. Not long after this meeting, Alharbi was no longer a person of interest.

Ok, so authorities are not denying that Alharbi was injured in the blast and they are not denying that he is a Saudi national (don’t look for them to even acknowledge that six members of the Alharbi clan are with Al-Qaeda and five were detained at Gitmo, to include one on the list of six). These authorities are, however, denying that Alharbi had anything to do with the bombings.

That leads to what appears to be three Saudis being spotted near the scene of the explosions. Note that one has what appears to be a backpack over his shoulder, via Asian Week:

SAUDI NATIONAL QUESTIONED IN BOSTON BOMBINGS WAS ALLEGEDLY FLAGGED ON TERROR WATCH LIST

The Saudi national once considered a “person of interest” in the Boston Bombings and who Blaze sources say was being considered for deportation as early as Tuesday was apparently flagged on a terror watch list, according to Fox News reporter Todd Starnes.

Blaze sources say Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was linked in some way to the Boston Bombings in a deportation document

Fox News’ Todd Starnes is reporting that Alharbi was allegedly on this list and granted a student VISA without being properly vetted. These accusations come from a source who is purportedly familiar with the investigation. Starnes has more:

The Saudi national who was initially detained and then ruled out as a suspect in the Boston Marathon terrorist attack had been flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted, sources have told me.

A source close to the investigation revealed that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi had been deemed inadmissible under the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act which declares ineligible for a visa – any alien who is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry – in terrorist activity.

At least two additional sources have confirmed to me that Ali Alharbi is set to be deported as early as this week, contrary to statements made by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. [...]

Napolitano denied anyone was being deported in a heated exchange Thursday with Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) during a House hearing.

“I am unaware of anyone who is being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston,” she said. “I don’t know where that rumor came from.”

On Sunday, TheBlaze reported that the House Committee on Homeland Security is officially requesting more information about Alharbi, who was previously described as a “person of interest” immediately following last Monday’s terror attack.

Monday morning Glenn Beck laid out what he knows about the Saudi connection to the Boston marathon bombings.  It is a story that the mainstream media has all but completely ignored, though Beck says TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood reached out to numerous other networks in an effort to get the story out.   Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to acknowledge the story even existed when questioned by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) last Friday.

But now a number of congressional sources have confirmed that the story is as TheBlaze reported last week, and Beck is presenting more pieces of the big picture.

“This week has changed me,” he said at the top of his radio program on Monday.  “The events in Boston changed me….The events in Washington around Boston changed me.”

We crossed an “extraordinarily disturbing threshold” last week, Beck said, but we know “exactly who we’re dealing with now.”

After a discussion of how Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is currently under guard in the hospital, wasn’t read his Miranda rights, Beck proceeded to lay out a number of points on the case.

“While the media continues to look at what the causes were of these two guys, there are, at this hour, three people involved,” he said.  “The first one is the one we are going to address.”

Beck proceeded to highlight the background of the Saudi national first identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston bombings, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, noting that the the NTC issued an event file calling for his deportation using section 212, 3B which is proven terrorist activity.

“We are not sure who actually tagged him as a ’212 3B,’ but we know it is very difficult to charge someone with this — it has to be almost certain,” Beck explained.  “It is the equivalent in civil society of charging someone with premeditated murder and seeking the death penalty — it is not thrown around lightly.”

He continued, noting that after Secretary of State John Kerry met with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud on Tuesday, the FBI began backtracking on the Saudi national from suspect, to person of interest, to witness, to victim, to nobody.

Then, on Wednesday, President Obama had a “chance” encounter with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud and Saudi Ambassador Adel al-Jubeir.

“Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. the file is altered,” Beck said.  “This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge….You don’t one day put a 212 3B charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off.  It would require too much to do it.”

“There are only two people that could revoke the deportation order — the director of the NTC could do it after speaking with each department, the FBI, the ATC, etc. — which is impossible to do in such a short period of time, — or, somebody at the very highest levels of the State Department could do it.  We don’t have any evidence to tell you which one did it,” Beck said.

Beck proceeded to highlight more key points: The Saudi national was allegedly once flagged on a terror watch list and granted a student visa without being properly vetted.

If, as an ICE official said last week, there is actually a ​second ​Saudi in custody, who is it? Beck asked.  “Why were there were no names, no pictures presented?  The fact is, an event was created for one Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi indicating he was to be deported for terrorism activity related to the Boston bombing. If this file was created with another Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi in mind, don’t you think we should know about it?”

Beck continued with more exclusive information:

The Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findley, Ohio.  He has been in this country six months.  He has an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.

If this is a case of mistaken identity, then who is the person named in the file, with the same name, with the 3B charge?  And If DHS was working with the person as a source to out the bombers, then why was there a 3B Charge?

Exclusive: Why wasn’t the Congressional Committee on Homeland Security notified?  Why are they being cut out of all information?  This is protocol.

We are working on the family connections, and there is more to come.

Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.  This will be the reason Napalitano won’t answer the Homeland Security Committee’s request for a briefing.  Like Benghazi they have heavy into a disinformation campaign floating a variety of scenarios to confuse the media — but that apparently doesn’t take much — to prevent the story from being pursued… They are also working very hard to discredit those on the scent.

It is still unclear why the government is stonewalling the media on information as to why the file initially labeled Alharbi as a threat, only to change that designation later in the week.  Is there a legitimate threat that’s being covered up?  Did the government have actual concerns about Alharbi, but was too quick to connect him in this instance and is now trying to stave off embarrassment?

Bottom line, Beck said: “I need you to call your congressmen right now.  There are congressmen who are aware of this, have seen the documentation — they need your support, they need your help…If we do not stand up, he is on a plane tomorrow or he is already gone.”

“We demand answers from the Justice Department and this administration.”

Beck proceeded to put the issue in a larger perspective, noting that multiple news outlets reported after 9/11 that prominent Saudis were allowed to leave the country, even as all flights were grounded.

“The Bush administration would later block the investigation into Saudi involvement into 9/11, even though 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudis, and would eventually force the redaction of a 28-page chapter of the 9/11 Commission report regarding foreign, specifically Saudi, support for some of the Al-Qaeda hijackers,” Beck said, noting that the questionable relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States goes back further than the current administration.

But, he said, we have now taken that relationship to a whole new level. “On January 14, 2013 President Obama met with Saudi Minister of Interior,” Beck remarked.  “Two days later Janet Napolitano signed agreement with Saudi minister allowing ‘trusted traveler’ status on Saudi student visitors, meaning greatly reduced security checks and scrutiny.”

“This is trusted traveler status that we don’t give to some of our most trusted allies, and we gave it to Saudi Arabia last January?” Beck said.  “So they can just walk into our country no questions asked?”

“There is a pattern,” he said.  “There is a relationship between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia the American public doesn’t know about. The case of Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi is only the latest example.”

I thought I had it all fgured out [here], that Huma Abedin and her family, for years, were only working for Muslim Brotherhood interests. After all, I spent a week re-sifting through scores of Arabic sources, which confrmed that Huma’s mother Saleha was not simply a member, but a leader in Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood’s Sisterhood branch. The Abedins were for decades affliated with an al-Qaeda fnancier named Abdullah Omar Naseef, who had appointed the Abedins to start the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA), not that working with this man was not problematic enough, but still, who was behind Naseef and what were the goals of this IMMA establishment?

Other issues just weren’ adding up; these fsh were looking larger by the day –much larger than I had previously thought. I watched politicians who sided with Huma, none of whom spent a nickel trying to refute McCarthy’s court-style presentation [here]; they responded with familiar one-line rebuttals that lacked the acknowledgment of facts.

There is also something terribly wrong when fve members of congress are being muzzled as ordained by the highest powers in both that establishment and in the StateDepartment. Newt Gingrich and a few other patriots had the common sense to fnally come out of the closet, but not without ridicule.

Was Huma a big fsh to have the might of some American politicians come to her defense or is there some other player in the mix that the American people are not aware of ?

 Even President Barack Obama felt it necessary to pay tribute and voice strong support for Huma Abedin during a Muslim Iftar dinner on August 10th, saying that the top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been “nothing less than extraordinary in representing our country and the democratic values that we hold dear.”

Just who are all of these elite and powerful bowing to? The only powerful man that a United States president would bow to was when Obama bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia treating him as if he was the King of Kings. Could it be possible that this far-away place holds the power to make the kings of the earth bow?

I began to research further.

My fndings all started as I was researching Huma’sfather, “Sayed Zaynul Abedin” in Arabic, looking for further clues, hoping that I could find something. Then suddenly there it was, an unbelievable document commissioned by the late King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz [here] and [here], detailing the years of accomplishments by the kings of Al-Saud.

I couldn’t believe my eyes! As I read, the king’s book gave me all the answers to all the clues I have been looking for. The more I read the Arabic squiggles, the more quickly I realized that my older discoveries were perhaps the lesser of the two evils—an appetizer—in comparison to what is in this manuscript. It began to connect the dots between the

Abedins’ Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs—on whose Board Huma Abedin served for years—and the Wahhabist plans of Saudi Arabia, commissioned by the House of Saud.

This book had the king’s blessings and approval on literally every page. I perused, beginning with the long, grandiose and fanciful title: “The Efforts of the Servant of the Two Holy Places, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz to Support The Muslim Minorities”.

The king presents himself as the “Servant of the Two Holy Places” (Mecca and Medina) where multitudes flock, great and small, rich and poor, to pay tribute while they circumambulate, giving their allegiance to the call of Allah.

The House of Saud had another holy “affair” besides multitudes circumambulating around the Ka’ba; everything in this holy writ was revolving around “The Muslim Minority Affairs” as it was the key to another kingdom, in which the Abedins played a central role. The House of Saud had used Huma’s father Sayed Zaynul Abedin’s work Muslim Minorities in the West published in 1998 as part of 29 works to construct a plan to conquer the world with Islam

(#11. P. 134) and “The Muslim Minority Affairs” in the west was a major discussion with the United States mentioned throughout. The king of his pride had let out state secrets like others did with Wikileaks. I realized quickly that I was on a mission and thanks to American technology (the Internet), I was reaching all the way into the dirty plans of the servants of Mecca and Medina, to reveal even more unknowns about the mysterious Abedins.

DHS questioned over decision to let Saudi passengers skip normal passport controls

A Department of Homeland Security program intended to give “trusted traveler” status to low-risk airline passengers soon will be extended to Saudi travelers, opening the program to criticism for accommodating the country that produced 15 of the 19 hijackers behind the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Sources voiced concern about the decision to the Investigative Project on Terrorism, which issued a report Wednesday on the under-the-radar announcement — which was first made by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano after meeting in January with her Saudi counterpart. According to the IPT, this would be the first time the Saudi government has been given such a direct role in fast-tracking people for entry into the United States.

“I think you have radical Wahhabism in certain elements in Saudi Arabia, and I think to be more lenient there than in other places would be a mistake,” Rep. Frank Wolf told the Investigative Project on Terrorism. “There were 15 [hijackers] from that country, and there is a lot taking place in that region.”

Sources tell the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) that this will mark the first time that the Saudi government will have a direct role in vetting who is eligible for getting fast-tracked for entry into the United States.

An agreement to accept Saudi Arabian applicants into the Global Entry trusted traveler program drew little notice when it was announced in January. Now, some officials question why the country merits such a benefit – which is similar to a theme park “fast pass” to avoid long lines – when other allies like Germany and France are not yet included. A program for Israeli travelers was reached last May but has not been implemented.

Travelers approved for the program can skip the normal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) lines starting next year and enter the country after providing their passports and fingerprints at a kiosk. Only Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Netherlands currently enjoy the benefit, although pilot programs could expand it to a handful of others.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced the agreement in January after meeting with Saudi Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef. It “marks another major step forward in our partnership,” Napolitano said at the time. “By enhancing collaboration with the Government of Saudi Arabia, we reaffirm our commitment to more effectively secure our two countries against evolving threats while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.”

Details about how the plan will work with the Saudis have not been released. Nayef’s ministry, however, will be responsible for screening which applicants will be considered when the pilot program begins next year. It’s not known whether the Saudi ministry will share its raw intelligence about applicants with its American counterparts. What is known, based on information provided by a Homeland Security source, is that each individual who makes it into the program will have been vetted by both the CBP and by the Saudi Interior Ministry against various databases.

The Department of Homeland Security declined to make anyone available to answer questions about Saudi Arabia’s inclusion in the Global Entry program after repeated requests throughout last week, and after indicating someone would provide more details.

I Saw Something, So I’m Saying Something

Well, as it happens, I’ve seen quite a lot of things over the last few years that I’d like to say something about — enough things to break a heart and to kill a country.

I’ve seen the president of the United States bow down before the Saudi king, whose country sent fifteen hijackers to topple our towers. The reason French President Sarkozy is laughing in the photo is because he’s reading the “Kick Me” sign on Obama’s rump.

I’ve seen Obama stand before the United Nations after the jihad-crazed slaughter of four Americans in Benghazi, including our ambassador, and proclaim “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”

So much for America’s right of free speech! And freedom of religion! Can you find anything in that bizarre sentence with which the Boston bombers would disagree? No wonder Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was an Obama supporter.

I’ve seen Obama’s minions arrest and jail an obscure California film-maker for creating a YouTube video that criticizes Mohammed. Incredibly, I then witnessed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton attempt to blame the hapless guy for inciting the Benghazi slaughter. How about arresting Obama’s pal George Clooney for bad acting? That would make more sense.

I’ve seen Obama’s UN ambassador hustle to pass UN Resolution 16/18, an “anti-blasphemy law” pushed by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to make criticizing Islam an international crime. So if you harsh the mellow of Shariah fanatics by critiquing their child marriages, honor killings, homosexual hangings, and genocidal plots to wipe out Israel, you’re the one who’s going to jail.

I’ve seen Janet Napolitano, Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary, refuse to use the term “terrorism” and insist on calling jihad-inspired carnage “man-caused disasters.” As she helpfully explained to a German interviewer, she selected this term to “move away from the politics of fear” and, presumably, towards the politics of insanity.

I’ve seen Obama’s Department of Defense, which prosecutes our War on Man-Caused Disasters, order a complete purge of “anti-Islamic content” from all military training materials. Do me a favor: If you see a U.S. soldier, could you explain to him what “jihad” means?

Just this month, I’ve seen a U.S. Army training instructor teach his military students that “Evangelical Christianity” is the leading movement of dangerous “Religious Extremism,” along with “Catholicism” and “Islamophobia.” Funny how that works. I didn’t notice the entire city of Boston cowering inside their homes to stay safe from Islamophobes, did you?

I’ve seen the FBI conduct an interview with Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev in 2011 and come up blank. Maybe if Obama’s FBI hadn’t just purged its counterterrorism training manual of words like Muslim, Islam, jihad, Al Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and Sharia, they might have found a clue.

Three weeks ago, I saw the U.S. Army formally refuse to award Purple Hearts to the 13 soldiers killed and 32 wounded in the shooting rampage of Major Nidal Hassan at Fort Hood. Although Hassan was in extensive communication with Al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki before screaming “Allahu Akbar” and opening fire, the military claims Hassan merely committed “workplace violence.”

I suppose Hassan’s slaughter of the pregnant 21-year-old soldier Francheska Velez was just “sexual harassment.” Fort Hood hero Sgt. Kimberly Munley now says that Obama “betrayed” her and the other victims.

While most people, today, were focusing on the man-hunt in Watertown, Glenn Beck was making a rather explosive ultimatum to the Regime on his show.

As I reported,  yesterday, after a full day of push-back from the Regime on the story,  The Blaze doubled down.

The congressional source told The Blaze that the information sent to Congress showed that a file was created on “Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harby” at 4 p.m. on Tuesday by an official with the National Targeting Center, a counterterrorism sub-agency of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security.

The file stated that the individual is “linked to the Boston bombing” and was to be processed for revocation of his visa based on national security grounds, the congressional source revealed.

Glenn Beck is ready to spill the beans about what he’s got on the Saudi “individual”, who he calls a “bad-bad-bad guy.” He claims that six Congressmen have shared  information about who he’s connected to, and how’s he’s connected to the bombing,  and they want it to get out.

I want you to listen carefully. Yesterday, the F.B.I. released the pictures of and video of two men they say were suspects in the Boston bombings. These are the one was killed last night, and the other hopefully being killed right now. They say they believe the two men carried and placed the two bombs that killed the three innocent Americans including an eight year old boy and injured more than 200 Americans.

Absent from their announcement was any mention of the Saudi national. Now the documents were brought to our attention at TheBlaze, and those documents indicate that this guy is scheduled for deportation next Tuesday due to issues related to national security. The document goes on to say that the individual is linked to the Boston bombing. That’s what the federal document says.

This is the same person that we were initially told was a person of interest. This was the Saudi national in the hospital. His apartment was in Revere, Massachusetts. It was raided. The items were removed. And then we were told he was just a possible witness. And then we were finally told by the authorities he had nothing to do with the attack in fact he wasn’t a witness to the crime. Why was he in the hospital? How did he get to the ground zero? What was he doing there? He wasn’t even a witness? Really?

This guy who wasn’t a witness is suddenly being deported next Tuesday, whisked off our continent to go back to Saudi Arabia, and he wasn’t even a witness – yet the documents he’s being deported voluntarily on terror charges linked to the Boston bombing.

I want you to hear me clearly. If you think everybody in the government is bad you’re wrong. The only reason TheBlaze knows this because we have several — I can’t count them on both hands – several sources who’re brave, valiant Patriotic Americans that work in all departments at all levels of this governmnent. Who have contacted TheBlaze one way or another, and said “help, help, help.”

There are several dedicated Americans in the law enforcement community that decided they could not stand idly by, and let the truth be swept under the rug. That a deportation order was being issued. It was issued Tuesday 4:00 p.m. by an organization or a government entity that most people have never heard of called the National Targeting Center. It’s a little known federal antiterrorism division.

After reporting this on TheBlaze.com yesterday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement categorically denied, calling it grossly in error. ICE claimed there was a Saudi national in custody waiting deportation but it was completely unrelated to the Boston bombing.

After that the story discrediting me and TheBlaze was carried by a number of national media outlets, and some of those national media outlets were given the story by “The Blaze” top executive to top executive. After a number of those media outlets discredited us or tried to with the ICE disclaimer, we received another call from yet another Patriotic citizen in our government. This one from a high ranking congressional aide who told us that the deportation order that we had just reported on had just been requested and delivered to his boss. He requested anonymity to protect those who had secretly ordered report, but read to us the eight page report that we reported yesterday and throughout the day.

Director of the Department of Homeland Security, the head of the department that you created to keep Americans from having their legs blown off, Janet Napolitano yesterday was asked about the Saudi national and his pending deportation. She refused to answer. ICE angrily mocked our story calling it false. The F.B.I. has changed their story about the man every day since the bombing. Made no mention of him at yesterday’s news conference., even though there is still a standing order of deportation and on the documents it says linked to the Boston bombing.

Now you ask yourself, what’s going on? Why did the President just happen to stop by when a Saudi official happened to be in an office?

Anybody who has ever been been around Presidents, Prime ministers, kings, knows. I have done it myself. ‘I cannot meet with that person.’ ‘Glenn, you’re going to go into this office and you’re going to talk to him.’ ‘I don’t want to talk to him. Who the hell is he?’ ‘Go in and talk to him.’ Five minutes in, ‘Hey Bill’ ‘Oh Glenn’ ‘Oh Mr. President how are you?’ That’s the way it works.

Why was the President meeting with somebody unscheduled earlier this week? A Saudi official. Who is this Saudi man who was in the hospital, given a new international cell phone and apologized to according tohim in Saudi press? Who is he, I wonder? Why would anyone linked to the bombings be deported? If he’s involved wouldn’t he be prosecuted? If he’s a witness why wouldn’t you want him to testify? Why would you allow someone who was standing by the bomb be deported? Why would he leave? And why hasn’t anyone in the media taken an interest in finding out why? Why are they silent?

“The Blaze” is interested. And TheBlaze will not comply. We will not sit down. We will not shut up. We will not be intimidated. We look hard into looking who he is. Who he’s connected to, and why he seems to be offered a ticket to freedom even though he’s been linked to bombing. Don’t believe me? Don’t believe me. Six Congressmen have verified.

One of our brave sources asked me to do something very specific and when I was told to do it I said ‘That’s crazy talk. What does the hell does that mean?’ They told me what it meant. I can’t at this time tell you what it means. But I want to do it one more time.

On Monday I reveal everything we know. So let me just say this to those at the highest echelons of government. No the tagging system. They know about events. Not files, events.

Let me send this message very clear: We know who this Saudi national is. It is in your best interest of the integrity of the people of United States of America. It’s best coming from you, not from a news organization. It’s best coming from you. You have until Monday. We have information on who this man is. And listen to me carefully. In your little “event” world, we know he is a very bad, bad, bad man. I know that doesn’t make any sense to you right now. But on Monday it will.

It makes sense to somebody in Washington.

I don’t bluff. I make promises. The truth matters. I’ve had enough of what you’ve done to our country.

I thought I had heard and seen it all. I thought I didn’t trust my government. Oh no, no, no, no.

There is no depth that these people will not stoop to. They have until Monday and then TheBlaze will.

An interesting tidbit I just found at Atlas Shrugs: Debka is reporting that the brothers were “members of a Wahhabi cell funded by Saudi al Qaeda.”

Another interesting tidbit. FBI ADMITS IT INTERVIEWED BIG BROTHER BOSTON MARATHON BOMBING SUSPECT:

CBS News correspondent Bob Orr said that the FBI conducted the investigation into Tsarnaev after requests from a foreign government – likely Russia — but could not uncover any ties between Tsarnaev and any foreign terrorist entities.

CBS reports that the FBI likely ran a background check, including foreign communications and overseas travel. He was finally interviewed personally by the FBI.

This is the latest in a pattern of late intelligence from the FBI. They missed the boat on 9/11; they had a bead on Major Hasan Nadal prior to his terror attack at Fort Hood; they even interviewed Carlos Bledsoe, man who murdered a soldier at a recruitment post in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2009.

I still believe the best in our country. But hear me clearly – after what I have learned this week I’m a changed person. After what I have learned this week, I believe our country is over. America is dying and breathing her last gasp. If we do not resuscitate on this story, we close the lid and close the book on our country and begin to write a new book. Now that doesn’t mean that you’re not the author. That there’s not a constitutionalist that is the author of the new book. It just means what we have is over and a struggle begins for a new Republic.

That sounds awfully dramatic. But when you have the press not only rooting for it to be a white American that blew up Americans, but then on top of it, in total denial that Islamic extremists even exist, and that caliphate is somebody that anybody wants. That Jihadists even exist.

Think about the thing we were discussing passing this week. Gun control because we have to be able to protect. Because the government can protect you. We were talking about talking about making it more difficult to buy guns while somebody just blew the legs off American citizens. With what? Guns? No. With something that my grandmother used all summer in her kitchen.

At the same time we’re talking about comprehensive immigration reform on things that nobody has even read. Meanwhile who has been blowing the legs off of our citizens? People who are foreign nationals here on a Visa. Here under amnesty. Because our immigration, and amnesty situation is so screwed up, that these guys did they really escape persecution? We’re finding out now that mom is in jail because she was a thief. This summer she was stealing. We just heard the audio of the dad back in Russia. He sounds pretty much like an extremist.

This is the same person that we were initially told was a person of interest. This was the Saudi national in the hospital. His apartment was in Revere, Massachusetts. It was raided. The items were removed. And then we were told he was just a possible witness. And then we were finally told by the authorities he had nothing to do with the attack in fact he wasn’t a witness to the crime. Why was he in the hospital? How did he get to the ground zero? What was he doing there? He wasn’t even a witness? Really?

This guy who wasn’t a witness is suddenly being deported next Tuesday, whisked off our continent to go back to Saudi Arabia, and he wasn’t even a witness – yet the documents say he’s being deported voluntarily on terror charges linked to the Boston bombing.

After that the story discrediting me and TheBlaze was carried by a number of national media outlets, and some of those national media outlets were given the story by “The Blaze” top executive to top executive. After a number of those media outlets discredited us or tried to with the ICE disclaimer, we received another call from yet another Patriotic citizen in our government. This one from a high ranking congressional aide who told us that the deportation order that we had just reported on had just been requested and delivered to his boss. He requested anonymity to protect those who had secretly ordered report, but read to us the eight page report that we reported yesterday and throughout the day.

Director of the Department of Homeland Security, the head of the department that you created to keep Americans from having their legs blown off, Janet Napolitano yesterday was asked about the Saudi national and his pending deportation. She refused to answer. ICE angrily mocked our story calling it false. The F.B.I. has changed their story about the man every day since the bombing. Made no mention of him at yesterday’s news conference., even though there is still a standing order of deportation and on the documents it says linked to the Boston bombing.

Now you ask yourself, what’s going on? Why did the President just happen to stop by when a Saudi official happened to be in an office?

Anybody who has ever been been around Presidents, Prime ministers, kings, knows. I have done it myself. ‘I cannot meet with that person.’ ‘Glenn, you’re going to go into this office and you’re going to talk to him.’ ‘I don’t want to talk to him. Who the hell is he?’ ‘Go in and talk to him.’ Five minutes in, ‘Hey Bill’ ‘Oh Glenn’ ‘Oh Mr. President how are you?’ That’s the way it works.

Why was the President meeting with somebody unscheduled earlier this week? A Saudi official. Who is this Saudi man who was in the hospital, given a new international cell phone and apologized to according to him in Saudi press? Who is he, I wonder? Why would anyone linked to the bombings be deported? If he’s involved wouldn’t he be prosecuted? If he’s a witness why wouldn’t you want him to testify? Why would you allow someone who was standing by the bomb be deported? Why would he leave? And why hasn’t anyone in the media taken an interest in finding out why? Why are they silent?

A couple of weeks ago we warned America about the very serious problem of Saudi infiltration; many of these Saudi nationals are criminals and terrorists.

After the bombings, a Saudi by the name of Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi was hospitalized and became a ‘suspect’, then a ‘person of interest’. His apartment was searched by federal and local authorities. No confirmation has been given so far to his involvement. The Media were quick to claim his innocence, of course.

This brings us to the Boston marathon bombings. Foreign Policy is reporting that he’s ‘no longer a person of interest’, which means he’s “innocent”, right?

Perhaps a quick look at the Arabic sources should raise the eyebrows of every American relative to the extent of the problem at hand. Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are steeped in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda. Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda:

But according to a Congressional Source, the information is in fact categorically true—that  Alharbi is in fact linked to the Boston terrorist attack.

It was reported on April 18 according to an FBI source that the Obama administration had classified the specifics of the deportation. It was also reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had  classified the matter under section 212 3B,  “Security and related grounds/Terrorist activities.”

We know, according to radical Islamist expertWalid Shoebat, that Alharbi has at least a dozen members of his clan connected to al-Qaeda, including members behind held at Gitmo.

What exactly is Barack Hussein Obama hiding? Is he hiding behind the skirts of his Saudi handlers?

The well-known Saudi Arabian news site Okaz.com released a report claiming first lady Michelle Obama visited two young Saudi Arabian nationals — including one once considered a person of interest and who sources tell TheBlaze was being considered for deportation — in the hospital Thursday following the Boston attacks and reassured them of their health status.

Below is a screenshot of the Okaz report:

Steven Miller, a researcher at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, translated the Arabic-language article into English for TheBlaze.

“Yesterday, Michelle Obama, the wife of the American President, visited the Saudis in the hospital who were injured in the Boston bombing, Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi and Noura Khaled Saleh al-Ajaji, to reassure them of their health,” begins the article before explaining the students’ injuries.

“Noura al-Ajaji underwent a third surgery yesterday to repair and beautify the thigh area, just above the knee, treat skin damage caused by shrapnel, and remove fragments. This was the third round of the treatment plan for al-Ajaji; the first phase focused on sterilizing the wounds, and the second focused on healing the gash caused by glass shrapnel. Medical reports issued by the hospital yesterday confirmed the complete integrity of her knee and thigh.”

“Al-Ajaji, who is a master’s student in cosmetic dentistry, was injured by flying glass fragments from the nearby Colby glasses store, which she was nearby during the Boston Marathon bombings, resulting in an 11 centimeter gash in the thigh area.”

A senior law enforcement official with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told TheBlaze Thursday that reports claiming the department was deporting Alharbi under section 212 3B (“security and related grounds”) and had opened an “event” (or file) on the Saudi Arabian national following the Boston attacks is “categorically false.”

Documents presented to Congress, however, were subsequently reported by TheBlaze to have confirmed that plans were made to revoke the visa of Alharbi.

The congressional source told TheBlaze it was unclear as to why representatives from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be unaware of the plans for visa revocation.

The Saudi news report is plausible given that the first lady along with President Obama visited victims of the Boston bombings at several different area hospitals Thursday afternoon.

There were multiple reports that Alharbi was hospitalized at Brigham and Women’s so that would seem corroborate the Okaz report.

Okaz stated further that the first lady also visited the other injured Saudi at the hospital, a female doctor named Nura Khalid Saleh al-Ajaji:

“Michelle Obama visited the two injured Saudis Abdulrahman Ali Essa Al-Salimi Al-Harbi and Nura Khalid Saleh Al-Ajjaji to check on their medical conditions.”

Adding credibility to this report seems to be multiple tweets made by the inner circle of the Al-harbi family:

Now, contrarians to those with concerns about this visit will likely say that the first lady was simply paying visits to all the victims in the hospital, of which Alharbi was one and had been cleared two days earlier.

In light of recent reports that Alharbi was scheduled for deportation on ‘national security grounds’, the first lady’s visit takes on much added significance if those reports are true. We already know that the Alharbi clan consists of multiple Al-Qaeda members. This would seem to bolster the claims of scheduled deportation, not claims to the contrary made by the likes of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, who actually never really answered the question; she just got rankled and blew it off.

With the track record of this administration relative to things like blaming a video for two weeks after the Benghazi attacks, it should have a higher standard to meet and its credibility should be questioned by the American people.

If these reports about Alharbi’s scheduled deportation for such reasons are correct, a visit by the first lady of the United States would indeed be significant in its importance. It would also be a major national security blunder because of the message it would send.

In light of the exponential rise in the number of Saudi students in the U.S. since 2006, what kind of message does the first lady’s visit send to the more nefarious brand of Saudi students?

The medical school graduate who admitted to snapping the necks of at least 100 moving and breathing babies born in Dr. Kermit Gosnell’s abortion clinic pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in the deaths of two late-term babies.

Steven Massof, 49, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty on Thursday to two counts of third-degree murder, murder conspiracy and other charges.

Massof testified to a grand jury that he regularly delivered babies whose mothers were induced, snipped the umbilical cords and then cut the babies’ spinal cords, as it was “standard procedure.”

When asked how often this happened, Massof answered:

“More times than I really care to remember. I would have to say every week it would happen to at least 50 percent of the patients.”

“Although Massof was not as cavalier [as Gosnell] about what he did, he admitted that there were about 100 instances in which he severed the spinal cord after seeing a breath or some sign of life,” states the grand jury report, which was released in January.

Massof testified that he thought all of those babies were larger than 24 weeks.

When Massof left the clinic in 2008, employee Lynda Williams “took over the job of cutting
baby’s necks when Gosnell was not there,” the grand jury report states. Williams is due in court next week for a status hearing in her murder case,

GOSNELL TRIAL: 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL ALLEGEDLY HELPED KILL LIVE BABIES AT HELLISH PA. ABORTION CLINIC

Abortion provider Kermit Gosnell, 72, is charged with killing a woman patient and seven babies allegedly born alive, and with performing illegal, late-term abortions at his thriving inner-city clinic. Co-defendant Eileen O’Neill, 56, of Phoenixville, is charged with billing as a doctor and participating in a corrupt organization.

Eight former employees have pleaded guilty, some to third-degree murder, and have testified this month about nightmarish, often-chaotic practices at the clinic.

Ashley Baldwin spoke Thursday of starting there at age 15 through a high school training program, and soon assisting with abortions and administering intravenous drugs. Baldwin, now 22, said she worked nearly 50-hour weeks, often well past midnight, when abortions were routinely performed.

At least twice, she saw aborted babies move after the procedure, only to have Gosnell explain that it an involuntary response. In one case, she said, “the chest was moving.”

Her mother, Tina Baldwin, had started at the clinic in 2002, referred by a business school where she had studied to be a medical assistant. She mostly worked at the front desk, where her duties included giving patients medicine to start their contractions.

In March, a medical assistant told a jury that she snipped the spines of at least 10 babies during her time at the abortion Philadelphia clinic.

Adrienne Moton’s testimony came in the capital murder trial of Gosnell, who owned the clinic and is on trial in the deaths of a patient and seven babies. Prosecutors accuse him of killing late-term, viable babies after they were delivered alive, in violation of state abortion laws.

Gosnell’s lawyer disputes that any babies were born alive and challenges the gestational age of the aborted fetuses.

Moton, the first employee to testify, sobbed as she recalled taking a cellphone photograph of one baby left in her work area in 2008. She thought he could have survived, given his size and pinkish color. She had measured him at nearly 30 weeks.

Gosnell later joked that the baby was so big he could have walked to the bus stop, she said.

Before the Gosnell Blackout, There Was Tiller’s

If there was any real difference between what the late abortionist George Tiller did in Wichita over the course of his long career and what Kermit Gosnell did in Philadelphia, it was hygiene.

Tiller had a largely white, middle-class clientele.  They came to him from all over the world.  Before his murder in 2009, he had boasted on his website of having “more experience in late abortion services with fetuses over 24 weeks than anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere, more than 60,000 since 1973.”

Like Gosnell, Tiller routinely took the lives of healthy, viable babies eager to be born, in flagrant violation of state law.  But given the expectations of his clients, Tiller kept a neater shop and, to ease the conscience of his supporters, almost always performed his mayhem out of sight, within the womb.

Basically, Tiller would abort a healthy late-term baby for just about anyone who wanted an abortion.  He was also refusing to report to state authorities, as required by law, the many young girls who had come his way as a result of a rape, statutory or otherwise.  Kline suspected this as well and later proved it.

That same year that Kansans elected Kline, they also elected Democrat Kathleen Sebelius, now head of the Department Health and Human Services, as governor.  For the next six years, she did everything in her power to bedevil Kline and protect Tiller.  What made her task easy was that she had the media in her pocket.

When Kline attempted to secure the records that would prove the obvious, Sebelius’s bureaucrats and her pals in the media turned on him viciously.  They labeled him “Snoop Dog Kline.”  They called him a “panty sniffer,” a “zealot,” a “theocrat.”

In other words, Tiller stood accused of taking the lives of 15 fully viable unborn babies whose mothers were equally healthy, in utter disregard of Kansas law.  While Morrison was reviewing these charges, Sebelius honored Tiller and his staff at an elegant but extremely discreet soiree at Cedar Crest, the governor’s mansion.

Among the more revealing of the photos taken at the event is one of Sebelius holding a t-shirt presented to her by 

Tiller, which reads, “Trifecta 2006: Sebelius, Parkinson, Morrison.”  In the photo, Sebelius points at Tiller as if to acknowledge his contribution to that victory.  Not surprisingly, Sebelius and her minions would see to it that the prosecution of Tiller went nowhere.
