An interesting speech by open socialist, and The Nation journalist John Nichols, to Greater Detroit Democratic Socialists of America, just after the 2012 election.

Barack Obama gets lot of attention and praise, while denying (as DSA always does, as a matter of course) that he is a socialist.

Socialists A. Philip Randolph, Michael Harrington and Victor Reuther get credit for the birth of the US civil rights movement, and the successes of their protege Martin Luther King, Jr.

Congressman John Conyers is also in the audience.

Nichols also correctly exposes the Marxist influences in the early Republican Party – something that has unfortunately never been completely eradicated.

Very worthwhile viewing for those who want to understand the hidden, and pervasive influence of socialists in US politics.

Thursday, January 10, 1963

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen:

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike.

WageClassWar.org (WCW) was launched on November 15, 2012 as a project of the Campaign for America’s Future (CAF). As articulated by CAF co-founder Robert Borosage, WCW’s mission is to protect the interests of middle class people who are “besieged” by “America’s extreme inequality and rigged [economic] system” and are “looking for champions” to stand up for them. Toward this end, WCW supports progressive Democratic political candidates and openly advises them to engage in “class war” in order “to win the who’s-side-are-you-on battle” in the eyes of the voting public. The surest way to achieve this goal, says WCW, is to constantly emphasize “the reality that the wealthy and special corporate interests [are] rigging the rules to benefit themselves, while the middle class [is] getting crushed.” According to WCW, the Occupy Wall Street movement—through its ceaseless repetition of slogans about “the 99%,” “the 1%,” “inequality,” and the evils of “Wall Street”—“brought this reality to national attention and demonstrated widespread American sympathy for its analysis.”

To prove the efficacy of its proposed “class war” strategy, WCW in November 2012 identified several Democratic politicians who had expertly used it to their own great advantage in that year’s elections. For instance, WCW claimed that President Barack Obama, who had a sub-40% approval rating in mid-2011, was able to win re-election just 16 months later because of his “decision to engage in class warfare, to directly engage the class war being waged by the 1 percent against the rest of the country.” In certain key battleground states like Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, said WCW, Obama “took on the class warrior role” with particular aggressiveness by:

• “constantly reinforc[ing] the contrasts” between himself and Republican challenger Mitt Romney “regarding the middle class”;
• “indict[ing] the ‘you’re on your own’ economics of Republicans”;
• emphasizing his desire to “eliminat[e] the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy”; and
• “painting a believable picture of … Romney as the plutocrat who … can’t empathize with your struggles.”

Further, noted WCW, Obama had gained “a clear advantage” as a result of Occupy Wall Street‘s “reframing of the nation’s most important economic issue.”
WCW also praised Obama for dividing Americans not only along class lines, but also gender and racial/ethnic lines.

For example, explained WCW, Obama “defended contraception and pay equity” for women while offering a palatable alternative to the “harsh anti-immigrant posturing” of Republicans—whom Borosage depicts as a “stale, male, pale, Southern-based party in a nation of diversity”—that “drove Hispanics and Asians into Democratic arms.”

Similarly, WCW attributed Elizabeth Warren‘s U.S. Senate victory in 2012 to a class-warfare campaign wherein she burnished “her populist credentials” by demanding “financial reform” on Wall Street, placing “the people over the powerful,” and claiming that wealthy individuals were morally obligated to pay high taxes for the benefit of the poor because “there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own.” WCW also gave high marks to Warren’s Democratic National Convention speech, in which she complained that “the system is rigged” in favor of oil companies that “guzzle down billions in subsidies,” billionaires who “pay lower tax rates than their secretaries,” and “Wall Street CEOs—the same ones who wrecked our economy and destroyed millions of jobs.”

Other worthy political role models, in WCW’s estimation, included:

• newly elected Senator Heidi Heitkamp (D-North Dakota), who “campaigned as a class warrior with class” and effectively portrayed her Republican opponent as a “multimillionaire landlord” who “would fight for tax cuts for the wealthy while placing all of the burden of spending cuts on seniors and the economically vulnerable”;
• Senator Jon Tester of Montana, who won re-election with a campaign that “always put him on the side of ordinary people fighting the powerful,” while casting his Tea Party-allied opponent as “a land developer solidly allied with the powerful, whether in business or government”;
• Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, who ran as “a full-throated populist” pledging to “put the reins on Wall Street banks” and “end taxpayer-funded giveaways to huge corporations that ship American jobs overseas”; and
• Rep. Tammy Baldwin, who hammered her Republican challenger for “his well-paid work as a lobbyist on behalf of greedy corporate interests,” and “stressed that wealthy people like Warren Buffett shouldn’t be paying a lower share of their income in taxes than the people who work for them.”

Of Means and Ends [Forget  moral or ethical considerations]

“The end is what you want, the means is how you get it. Whenever we think about social change, the question of means and ends arises. The man of action views the issue of means and ends in pragmatic and strategic terms. He has no other problem; he thinks only of his actual resources and the possibilities of various choices of action. He asks of ends only whether they are achievable and worth the cost; of means, only whether they will work. … The real arena is corrupt and bloody.” p.24

“The means-and-ends moralists, constantly obsessed with the ethics of the means used by the Have-Nots against the Haves, should search themselves as to their real political position. In fact, they are passive — but real — allies of the Haves…. The most unethical of all means is the non-use of any means… The standards of judgment must be rooted in the whys and wherefores of life as it is lived, the world as it is, not our wished-for fantasy of the world as it should be….” pp.25-26

“The third rule of ethics of means and ends is that in war the end justifies almost any means….” p.29

“The seventh rule… is that generally success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics….” p.34

“The tenth rule… is you do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments.… It involves sifting the multiple factors which combine in creating the circumstances at any given time… Who, and how many will support the action?… If weapons are needed, then are appropriate d weapons available? Availability of means determines whether you will be underground or above ground; whether you will move quickly or slowly…”p.36

Notes: Apparently, Michelle Obama referred to these words during her Democratic National Convention speech: “She said, ‘Barack stood up that day,’ talking about a visit to Chicago neighborhoods, ‘and spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about ‘The world as it is‘ and ‘The world as it should be…’ And, ‘All of us driven by a simple belief that the world as it is just won’t do – that we have an obligation to, fight for the world as it should be.” Do you wonder who — or whose values — should determine what “the world… should be?”

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid’s “Boss”? It Is Not Obama….

In 2002, Borosage led the production of CAF’s book StraightTalk 2002, which provided readers with leftist talking points on the major issues of the day. “The StraightTalk strategy,” Borosage wrote, “would help mobilize the Democratic base — unions, African Americans, Hispanics, women, environmentalists — while reaching out to seniors and working families.”

In a November 2002 L.A. Weekly article, The Nation editor David Corn quoted what Borosage had said backstage during a recent anti-war rally sponsored by International A.N.S.W.E.R.  According to Corn, Borosage stated: ”This [rally] is easy to dismiss as the radical fringe, but it holds the potential for a larger movement down the road…. History shows that protests are organized first by militant, radical fringe parties and then get taken over by more centrist voices as the movement grows. They provide a vessel for people who want to protest.”

In February 2005 Borosage wrote a piece condemning President Bush’s most recent budget:

“[T]he federal budget … offends common decency even as it cuts investment in our future. … [It] breaks [Bush's] promise to fund reforms of our schools … America’s health care system is broken. … Yet the president’s budget would cut Medicaid … hurting the most vulnerable in our country … Poverty is rising … Yet the president’s budget will cut food stamps for some 300,000 recipients, eliminate child care for thousands of poor working mothers and slash support for affordable housing. Many Americans still don’t have safe water, but support for sewage systems is to be slashed. … On the other hand, America … spends almost as much on its military as the rest of the world combined. The military is also the largest cesspool of waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government. But in Bush’s budget, military spending will increase. America will police the world, even as the Bush budget cuts back support for policing its own streets. We now witness an inequality not seen since the Gilded Age. The wealthy capture more of the nation’s income and wealth, while middle-income and poor families are losing ground. Yet the president’s budget will extend tax cuts for the very wealthy, even as it cuts services for the many.”

In December 2006, a month after Democrats had seized control of Congress on election day, Borosage co-chaired the initial meeting of Change America Now, a national campaign of some 30 leftist organizations supporting the “100 Hour” legislative agenda outlined by the victorious party’s leadership. “Democrats ran the most populist elections in memory,” Borosage told those in attendance. “We need to make sure the Democrats deliver on their promises, and that the 100 Hours Agenda is just the first step in creating an economy that works for working people.” [My note here:  Remember out of Nancy Pelosi's own mouth the words of WHAT they were going to accomplish in the "First 100 hours" of gaining control of the House.]

Do Progressives Want to Plot and “Seize” America?

(CNSNews.com) – Andy Stern, the former head of the Service Employees International Union who now sits on President Obama’s National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, said the United States needs an economic plan that does not include “worshipping” the free market.

“America needs a 21st century economic plan because we now know the market-worshipping, privatizing, de-regulating, dehumanizing American financial plan has failed and should never be revived, worshipping the market again,” Stern said in remarks at the annual conference of the liberal activist group Campaign for America’s Future in Washington on Monday.

“It has failed America and everyone that works here,” Stern said.

Stern said the changes that Obama and Democrats in Congress have made are nothing short of a “revolution” that will move the American economy from national to international.

“This not our father’s or our grandfather’s economy,” Stern said. “We’re as far today from the New Deal as the New Deal was from the Civil War. And we cannot drive into the future looking in the rear view mirror.”

He said the progressive movement must build on the past and look to the future as the economy is transformed “from a manufacturing base, to a service, finance, knowledge, green, Internet, and bio-science economy.”

“This revolution’s going to only take 30 years,” Stern said. “No single generation of people have ever witnessed this much change in a single lifetime.

Blue-Green Leaders Call on President to Focus on Climate, Infrastructure in State of the Union

WASHINGTON, DC (February 11, 2013)

WASHINGTON, DC (February 11, 2013) The day before the State of the Union address, BlueGreen Alliance leaders called on President Barack Obama to launch a national dialogue on climate change and to make it a top priority in his second term. In addition, the labor-environmental partnership highlighted the steps needed to address climate change, rebuild America’s crumbling infrastructure and to create quality American jobs.

“It’s time we move forward with a bold vision to get the systems we rely on every day in America –power, water, transportation, and communications – back to where we need to be to safeguard our communities as best we can,” said BlueGreen Alliance Executive Director David Foster. “We’re calling on President Obama to lay out a clear path for reducing carbon pollution, rebuilding America’s infrastructure, creating good jobs and building a stronger, cleaner, and fairer economy.”

The steps included improving energy efficiency to reduce carbon pollution from power plants and upgrading our electrical transmission systems. In addition, the partnership called for improving energy efficiency in manufacturing, which will make the sector cleaner and more efficient, and deploying clean energy manufacturing.

“In order to address climate change, we need to make our industries more efficient. We need to invest in new sources of power, including wind and solar, and we need to manufacture the clean energy infrastructure and its products here in America,” said USW International President Leo W. Gerard. “Today, we’ve put forward common-sense steps America can take to be ready for the changing climate, and each of these steps will also create good jobs that will get the economy moving.”

Noting the impact of Hurricane Sandy on the region’s basic infrastructure systems and that some union members are still working to repair the electrical grid, the coalition called for rebuilding our energy, water, pipe, and transportation systems, as well as improving the efficiency of the U.S.’s building stock — including schools — to achieve significant energy savings and emissions reductions.

“By investing now in our infrastructure, including energy and water infrastructure, we can cut down on inefficiencies, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, create good American jobs and ensure that our infrastructure is reliable in the face of the impacts of climate change,” said Mike Langford, President of the Utility Workers Union of America.

“Last year was the hottest year on record in the U.S., and we all saw the tragic impact that extreme weather events like Hurricane Sandy had on communities around the country,” said Union of Concerned Scientists President Kevin Knobloch. “Extreme weather is going to be much more common as climate change continues and we need to get our country ready for it. The President has made it clear that action on climate change will be a priority in his second term, and the highest priority is to make our energy systems, manufacturing facilities, transportation options and infrastructure more resilient while deeply reducing heat-trapping emissions from every source.”

The Six Steps are as follows:

• Improving efficiency to reduce carbon pollution from power plants, while bolstering the transition with a dedication to economic development, as well as upgrading transmission distribution systems across the board, will make America’s electricity distribution system cleaner, smarter, more efficient, and more resilient.
• A sincere, dedicated investment in industrial energy efficiency and clean energy manufacturing is needed in this country. Improving industrial energy efficiency and deploying clean energy manufacturing will make the U.S. manufacturing sector cleaner and more competitive.
• Updating our schools, homes and businesses will create energy savings and reduce emissions. And those updates will not just create jobs in construction, but also in the supply chain creating the needed materials to do them.
• America’s century-old water infrastructure damaged by the elements, age, and population growth. We must rebuild our water systems with complementary sustainable, green infrastructure will create jobs and ensure clean water for generations.
• Across the country, pipelines are leaking pollution into our air and water. We can fix this by fixing existing pipelines and improving oversight and implementing strong pipeline safety regulations.
• America needs transportation networks that move people and goods efficiently. Building a 21st century, multi-modal transportation system will ensure our nation competes effectively in the global economy.

The “National Teach-In to Take Back the American Dream” featured Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor; Heather McGhee of Demos; Leo Hindrey, a businessman and self-styled “Patriotic Millionaire;” Natalie Foster, the co-founder of Rebuild the Dream; and Robert Borosage of the Campaign for America’s Future.

Nobody on the program, which also aired on DISH Network, DirectTV and the Free Speech TV Network, demonstrated any concern about appearing on a Moscow-funded channel to promote the “American dream.”

The Russian regime, which has a habit of murdering journalists and political opponents, has a covert and overt program of manipulation of the Western media, similar to what the old Soviet KGB used to specialize in. Interestingly, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has just posted a blog on The Huffington Post, one of RT’s official “partners” in the media business.

However, demonstrating sensitivity to the charge that he is a paid Russian agent working in the progressive movement, Thom Hartmann has refused to discuss how much the Russians pay him to air his program “The Big Picture” on RT. When I questioned him about this, he actually grabbed my camera recording his response in order to avoid being seen stonewalling.

CAN IT ALL BE COINCIDENCE?

(Oct. 1, 2012) — As I noted in the introduction to my book, The Obama Timeline, a jury at a murder trial will often find the accumulated circumstantial evidence so overwhelming that a guilty verdict is obvious—even though there may be no witness to the crime. “The jurors in the Scott Peterson trial believed the collection of evidence more than they believed Scott Peterson. Among other things, the jury thought that being arrested with $15,000 in cash, recently-dyed hair, a newly-grown goatee, four cell phones, camping equipment, a map to a new girlfriend’s house, a gun, and his brother’s driver’s license certainly did not paint a picture of a grieving husband who had nothing to do with his pregnant wife’s disappearance and murder.”

In the four years I have been gathering information about—and evidence against—Barack Hussein Obama, I have encountered hundreds of coincidences that strike me as amazing. None of those coincidences, by themselves, may mean much. But taken as a whole it is almost impossible to believe they were all the result of chance. Consider the Obama-related coincidences:

Obama just happened to know 60s far-left radical revolutionary William Ayers, whose father just happened to be Thomas Ayers, who just happened to be a close friend of Obama’s communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, who just happened to work at the communist-sympathizing Chicago Defender with Vernon Jarrett, who just happened to later become the father-in-law of Iranian-born leftist Valerie Jarrett, who Obama just happened to choose as his closest White House advisor, and who just happened to have been CEO of Habitat Company, which just happened to manage public housing in Chicago, which just happened to get millions of dollars from the Illinois state legislature, and which just happened not to properly maintain the housing—which eventually just happened to require demolition.

Valerie Jarrett also just happened to work for the city of Chicago, and just happened to hire Michelle LaVaughan Robinson (later Obama), who just happened to have worked at the Sidley Austin law firm, where former fugitive from the FBI Bernardine Dohrn also just happened to work, and where Barack Obama just happened to get a summer job.

Bernadine Dohrn just happened to be married to William Ayers, with whom she just happened to have hidden from the FBI at a San Francisco marina, along with Donald Warden, who just happened to change his name to Khalid al-Mansour, and Warden/al-Mansour just happened to be a mentor of Black Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale and a close associate of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and al-Mansour just happened to be financial adviser to a Saudi Prince, who just happened to donate cash to Harvard, for which Obama just happened to get a critical letter of recommendation from Percy Sutton, who just happened to have been the attorney for Malcolm X, who just happened to know Kenyan politician Tom Mboya, who just happened to be a close friend of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., who just happened to meet Malcolm X when he traveled to Kenya.

Obama, Sr. just happened to have his education at the University of Hawaii paid for by the Laubach Literacy Institute, which just happened to have been supported by Elizabeth Mooney Kirk, who just happened to be a friend of Malcolm X, who just happened to have been associated with the Nation of Islam, which was later headed by Louis Farrakhan, who just happens to live very close to Obama’s Chicago mansion, which also just happens to be located very close to the residence of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who just happen to have been occasional baby-sitters for Malia and Natasha Obama, whose parents just happen not to mind exposing their daughters to bomb-making communists.

After attending Occidental College and Columbia University, where he just happened to have foreign Muslim roommates, Obama moved to Chicago to work for the Industrial Areas Foundation, an organization that just happened to have been founded by Marxist and radical agitator Saul “the Red” Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who just happened to be the topic of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s thesis at Wellesley College, and Obama’s $25,000 salary at IAF just happened to be funded by a grant from the Woods Fund, which was founded by the Woods family, whose Sahara Coal company just happened to provide coal to Commonwealth Edison, whose CEO just happened to be Thomas Ayers, whose son William Ayers just happened to serve on the board of the Woods Fund, along with Obama.

Obama also worked on voter registration drives in Chicago in the 1980s and just happened to work with leftist political groups like the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Socialist International (SI), through which Obama met Carl Davidson, who just happened to travel to Cuba during the Vietnam War to sabotage the U.S. war effort, and who just happened to be a former member of the SDS and a member of the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, which just happened to sponsor a 2002 anti-war rally at which Obama spoke, and which just happened to have been organized by Marilyn Katz, a former SDS activist and later public relations consultant who just happened to be a long-time friend of Obama’s political hatchet man, David Axelrod.

Obama joined Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC), whose pastor was Reverend Jeremiah Wright, a fiery orator who just happened to preach Marxism and Black Liberation Theology and who delivered anti-white, anti-Jew, and anti-American sermons, which Obama just happened never to hear because he just happened to miss church only on the days when Wright was at his “most enthusiastic,” and Obama just happened never to notice that Oprah Winfrey left the church because it was too radical, and just happened never to notice that the church gave the vile anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan a lifetime achievement award.

Although no one had ever heard of him at the time, Obama just happened to receive an impossible-to-believe $125,000 advance to write a book about race relations, which he just happened to fail to write while using the cash to vacation in Bali with his wife Michelle, and despite his record of non-writing he just happened to receive a second advance, for $40,000, from another publisher, and he eventually completed a manuscript called Dreams From My Father, which just happened to strongly reflect the writing style of William Ayers, who just happened to trample on an American flag for the cover photograph of the popular Chicago magazine, which Obama just happened never to see even though it appeared on newsstands throughout the city.

Obama was hired by the law firm Miner, Banhill and Galland, which just happened to specialize in negotiating state government contracts to develop low-income housing, and which just happened to deal with now-imprisoned Tony Rezko and his firm Rezar, and with slumlord Valerie Jarrett, and the law firm’s Judson Miner just happened to have been a classmate of Bernardine Dohrn, wife of William Ayers.

In 1994 Obama represented ACORN and another plaintiff in a lawsuit against Citibank for denying mortgages to blacks (Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Federal Savings Bank), and the lawsuit just happened to result in banks being blackmailed into approving subprime loans for poor credit risks, a trend which just happened to spread nationwide, and which just happened to lead to the collapse of the housing bubble, which just happened to help Obama defeat John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.

In 1996 Obama ran for the Illinois State Senate and joined the “New Party,” which just happened to promote Marxism, and Obama was supported by Dr. Quentin Yong, a socialist who just happened to support a government takeover of the health care system.

In late 1999 Obama purportedly engaged in homosexual activities and cocaine-snorting in the back of a limousine with a man named Larry Sinclair, who claims he was contacted in late 2007 by Donald Young, who just happened to be the gay choir director of Obama’s Chicago church and who shared information with Sinclair about Obama, and Young just happened to be murdered on December 23, 2007, just weeks after Larry Bland, another gay member of the church, just happened to be murdered, and both murders just happened to have never been solved. In 2008 Sinclair held a press conference to discuss his claims, and just happened to be arrested immediately after the event, based on a warrant issued by Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who just happens to be the son of Joe Biden.

In 2003 Obama and his wife attended a dinner in honor of Rashid Khalidi, who just happened to be a former PLO operative, harsh critic of Israel, and advocate of Palestinian rights, and who Obama claims he does not know, even though the Obamas just happened to have dined more than once at the home of Khalidi and his wife, Mona, and just happened to have used them as occasional baby-sitters. Obama reportedly praised Khalidi at the decidedly anti-Semitic event, which William Ayers just happened to also attend, and the event Obama pretends he never attended was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network, to which Obama just happened to have funneled cash while serving on the board of the Woods Fund with William Ayers, and one speaker at the dinner remarked that if Palestinians cannot secure a return of their land, Israel “will never see a day of peace,” and entertainment at the dinner included a Muslim children’s dance whose performances just happened to include simulated beheadings with fake swords, and stomping on American, Israeli, and British flags, and Obama allegedly told the audience that “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine” and there has been “genocide against the Palestinian people by (the) Israelis,” and the Los Angeles Times has a videotape of the event but just happens to refuse to make it public.

In the 2004 Illinois Democrat primary race for the U.S. Senate, front-runner Blair Hull just happened to be forced out of the race after David Axelrod just happened to manage to get Hull’s sealed divorce records unsealed, which just happened to enable Obama to win the primary, so he could face popular Republican Jack Ryan, whose sealed child custody records from his divorce just happened to become unsealed, forcing Ryan to withdraw from the race, which just happened to enable the unqualified Obama to waltz into the U.S. Senate, where, after a mere 143 days of work, he just happened to decide he was qualified to run for President of the United States.

Obama just happened to save $300,000 on the purchase of a $1.65 million Chicago mansion for which he deposited only $1,000 in earnest money, while the seller’s adjacent empty lot which was appraised at no more than $500,000 just happened to be sold at the inflated price of $625,000 to Rita Rezko, who just happened to earn only $37,000 per year working for Cook County government, and who just happened to be married to Tony Rezko, who just happened to be Obama’s main money man for his political campaigns, and who only days before the Obama mansion purchase just happened to obtain a $3.5 million loan from wealthy Iraqi Nadhmi Auchi, who just happened to have been kicked out of Iraq, and who just happened to have been convicted of corruption charges in France, and who just happened to ask Rezko to ask then-U.S. Senator Obama to help him obtain a visa to travel to the United States.

Rita Rezko just happened to borrow the money for the $625,000 empty lot from the Mutual Bank of Harvey, which just happened to be run by Tony Rezko’s pal Amrish Mahajan, whose wife Anita just happened to have been charged with fraudulently receiving $2 million in Illinois taxpayer dollars for drug tests never performed by her company, K. K. Bio-Science, which just happened to have a no-bid contract with the state, and whose computers just happened to disappear right before investigators arrived to take them away for evidence.

Obama just happened to obtain a $1.32 million mortgage for his mansion even though the payments of $8,000 per month (plus at least $1,500 per month in property taxes) exceeded 50 percent of his $162,100 U.S Senate salary income, and even though Michelle Obama was claiming that she and her husband were still paying off substantial student loans and were struggling to pay for piano lessons for their daughters, one of whom just happens to look remarkably like one of the daughters of Malcolm X.

Obama just happened to obtain his mansion mortgage from Northern Trust Bank, whose Board of Directors just happened to include Susan Crown, who just happened to be part of the wealthy Crown family, which just happened to donate to Obama’s campaigns, and which just happened to have ownership in defense contractor General Dynamics Corporation, and the Crown family just happened to sit on the board of energy company Exelon, formerly known as Commonwealth Edison, which just happened to have had Thomas Ayers as its CEO, and the Crown family also owned the Maytag appliance company, which just happened to move its operations to Mexico, after its employees just happened to donate to Obama’s campaign, after he just happened to pledge that he would keep their jobs in Galesburg, Illinois.

In June 2005, just months after Obama became a U.S. Senator, Michelle Obama just happened to be named a “non-executive director” of the board of TreeHouse Foods, a supplier of Wal-Mart, for a salary of $51,200 in 2005 and $101,083 in 2006, and she just happened to be given 7,500 TreeHouse stock options, worth approximately $72,375, even though she just happened to know nothing about the private sector or running a business.

In 2006 Obama pushed for a $1 million earmark for the University of Chicago, and his wife Michelle just happened to be promoted to Vice-President of Community and External Affairs for the hospitals with a salary increase from $121,900 to $316,962, and she just happened to receive public relations help from Obama’s political strategist David Axelrod, whose mother just happened to write for a communist newspaper.

In 2006 Sarah P. Herlihy, an associate of the Chicago law firm of Kirkland and Ellis, whose employees later contributed $87,722 to Obama’s presidential campaign, and whose partner Bruce I. Ettleson just happened to be a member of Obama’s campaign finance committee, just happened to write a paper calling for the elimination of the “natural born citizen” requirement in the U.S. Constitution.

Obama just happened to visit Kenya in 2006 to support his cousin, Raila Odinga, a Muslim socialist candidate for president, who just happened to have ties to both al-Qaeda and Libya’s Muammar Qaddafi, and who just happened to have been educated in communist East Germany, and who just happened to name his son Fidel, and who just happened to plan on establishing Shari’ah Muslim law in Kenya, and whose activities prompted the Kenyan government to lodge an official protest of Obama’s passport abuse and misconduct, and Obama’s actions just happened to have been denounced by the U.S. State Department as being in direct opposition to U.S. National Security, and after Odinga, for whom Obama just happened to have raised $950,000, lost the election, his Muslim followers just happened to burn Christian women and children alive in a church where they had sought refuge.

In 2006 Obama endorsed Alexi Giannoulias in his race for Illinois State Treasurer and stated that he is “…one of the most outstanding young men I could ever hope to meet”—even though Giannoulias just happened to be only 29 years old and even though his family’s Broadway Bank just happened to finance Chicago crime figures like Michael “Jaws” Giorango, a Chicago thug with convictions for bookmaking and promoting prostitution, and even though virtually all of Chicago’s Democrat politicians were keeping their distance from Giannoulias, whose reputation was so questionable he even failed to get the endorsement of the Chicago Democrat Party—which just happens to almost never be concerned about questionable reputations.

Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, once worked for the Ford Foundation’s Asia program, which just happened to be run by Peter Geithner, who just happened to be the father of Timothy Geithner, who just happened to neglect to pay Social Security taxes on much of his income, which just happened to somehow qualify him to be Obama’s Treasury Secretary.

During the 2008 campaign Obama’s passport records just happened to have been illegally searched by an employee of a firm headed by John O. Brennan, and Lt. Quarles Harris, Jr., who was cooperating with federal investigators in connection with the incident, just happened to be found with a bullet in his head, and the murder just happened never to be solved, and Obama later just happened to make Brennan his terrorism and intelligence advisor.

Meaning of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors”

The question of impeachment turns on the meaning of the phrase in the Constitution at Art. II Sec. 4, “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. I have carefully researched the origin of the phrase “high crimes and misdemeanors” and its meaning to the Framers, and found that the key to understanding it is the word “high”. It does not mean “more serious”. It refers to those punishable offenses that only apply to high persons, that is, to public officials, those who, because of their official status, are under special obligations that ordinary persons are not under, and which could not be meaningfully applied or justly punished if committed by ordinary persons.

Under the English common law tradition, crimes were defined through a legacy of court proceedings and decisions that punished offenses not because they were prohibited by statutes, but because they offended the sense of justice of the people and the court. Whether an offense could qualify as punishable depended largely on the obligations of the offender, and the obligations of a person holding a high position meant that some actions, or inactions, could be punishable if he did them, even though they would not be if done by an ordinary person.

Offenses of this kind survive today in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It recognizes as punishable offenses such things as refusal to obey orders, abuse of authority, dereliction of duty, moral turpitude, and conduct unbecoming. These would not be offenses if committed by a civilian with no official position, but they are offenses which bear on the subject’s fitness for the duties he holds, which he is bound by oath or affirmation to perform.

Perjury is usually defined as “lying under oath”. That is not quite right. The original meaning was “violation of one’s oath (or affirmation)”.

The word “perjury” is usually defined today as “lying under oath about a material matter”, but that is not its original or complete meaning, which is “violation of an oath”. We can see this by consulting the original Latin from which the term comes. From An Elementary Latin Dictionary, by Charlton T. Lewis (1895), Note that the letter “j” is the letter “i” in Latin.

By Art. II Sec. 1 Cl. 8, the president must swear: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” He is bound by this oath in all matters until he leaves office. No additional oath is needed to bind him to tell the truth in anything he says, as telling the truth is pursuant to all matters except perhaps those relating to national security. Any public statement is perjury if it is a lie, and not necessary to deceive an enemy.

When a person takes an oath (or affirmation) before giving testimony, he is assuming the role of an official, that of “witness under oath”, for the duration of his testimony. That official position entails a special obligation to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and in that capacity, one is punishable in a way he would not be as an ordinary person not under oath. Therefore, perjury is a high crime.

An official such as the president does not need to take a special oath to become subject to the penalties of perjury. He took an oath, by Art. II Sec. 1 Cl. 8, to “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States” and to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” to the best of his ability. While he holds that office, he is always under oath, and lying at any time constitutes perjury if it is not justified for national security.

IF ‘ASSAULT WEAPONS’ ARE BAD…WHY DOES DHS WANT TO BUY 7,000 OF THEM FOR ‘PERSONAL DEFENSE’?

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking to acquire 7,000 5.56x45mm NATO “personal defense weapons” (PDW) — also known as “assault weapons” when owned by civilians. The solicitation, originally posted on June 7, 2012, comes to light as the Obama administration is calling for a ban on semi-automatic rifles and high capacity magazines.

Citing a General Service Administration (GSA) request for proposal (RFP), Steve McGough of RadioViceOnline.com reports that DHS is asking for the 7,000 “select-fire” firearms because they are “suitable for personal defense use in close quarters.” The term select-fire means the weapon can be both semi-automatic and automatic. Civilians are prohibited from obtaining these kinds of weapons.

The RFP describes the firearm as “Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) – 5.56x45mm NATO, select-fire firearm suitable for personal defense use in close quarters and/or when maximum concealment is required.” Additionally, DHS is asking for 30 round magazines that “have a capacity to hold thirty (30) 5.56x45mm NATO rounds.”

Republican New York state Sen. Greg Ball also issued a press release this week bringing attention to the weapons purchase request.

Calls made to DHS seeking information regarding whether or not the RFP was accepted and fulfilled were not immediately returned on Saturday.

Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.) on Thursday introduced legislation that would enact a so-called “assault weapons” ban. The bill would ban more than 150 firearms and limit magazines to 10 rounds. There is no expiration date on Feinstein’s bill.

They’ve been around in one form or another for years. The difference though is that today, they are much more organized. And I’ll tell you that the vocal opponents of the politics of the global elite, the bankers, and the opponents of anything standing in their way, well, they are on the top of the list of people to be handled.

DH: Handled?

RB: As the situations worsen, some might be given a chance to stop their vocal opposition. Some will, others won’t. I suppose they are on different lists. Others won’t have that chance. By that time, though, it will be chaos and people will be in full defensive mode. They will be hungry, real hunger like we’ve never experienced before. They will use our hunger as leverage. They will use medical care as leverage.

DH: Will this happen all at once?

RB: They hope to make it happen at the same time. Big cities first, with sections being set apart from the rest of the country. Then the rural areas. There are two different plans for geographical considerations. But it will all come together.

DH: Wait, this sounds way, way over the top. Are you telling me… [Interrupts]

RB: [Over talk/Unintelligible] …know who was selected or elected twice now. You know who his associates are. And you are saying this is way over the top? Don’t forget what Ayers said – you talked to Larry Grathwohl. This guy is a revolutionary. He does not want to transform our country in the traditional sense. He will destroy it. And he’s not working alone. He’s not working for himself, either. He has his handlers. So don’t think this is going to be a walk in the park, with some type of attempt to rescue the country. Cloward-Piven. Alinsky. Marx. All rolled into one. And he won’t need the rest of his four years to do it.

Last week, Obama for America converted to a nonprofit organization, a formal indication that Obama won’t be putting his legendary organizing game to bed any time soon.

We’ve already seen this strategy at work during the fiscal cliff when so-called middle-class voters were invited to attend a press conference, cheering and hooting in support of the president even though a fiscal cliff deal had not yet been struck.

The president employed the tactic again at his press conference announcing his gun control intentions, filling the room with children who had written to the president after the Newtown elementary school shooting.

“If we have the people behind us, then there are no limits to what we can do,” Jarrett said.

With this change, we’re likely to see even more rally-like pressers and campaign events in support of the president’s policy agenda.

“[You’re going to] see the president travelling around the country more, we’re going to have many more opportunities at the White House to bring people in to inform them and communicate and engage with them about our agenda. And if we have that, then we’re confident they can have a very robust second-term agenda.”

Obama’s Communist Party Endorsement

Painful as it may be, please take two minutes out of your life to peruse the following list of “accomplishments” touted by an Obama campaign website making its case for his re-election.

The huge voter surge in 2008 elected Barack Obama, the first African American president.  In the face of non-stop opposition, he pushed through:

• Affordable Health Care Act extends coverage to 35 million uninsured people, outlaws denial of coverage for pre-existing conditions and extends until age 26 coverage of children under their parents [sic] plans.
• Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act for equal pay for women.
• Stabilized the economy with $789 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that saved or created 3 million jobs. Invested billions in clean energy jobs, saved the auto industry.
• Unemployment benefits for millions of workers despite Republican threats to shut down the government.  Obama was forced to yield on Bush-era tax cuts for the rich that he wanted to terminate.
• Appointed two women to the U.S. Supreme Court, including the first Latina woman, who support the rights of working people.
• Established the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and used a recess-appointment to name the director over Republican opposition.
• Created a new food safety agency to protect people from food-borne illness.
• Ended profit-grab by private banks on students [sic] loans, reestablishing Federal control on these loans and used the savings to extend loans to more students.
• Doubled the funding for Pell Grants to $32 billion, increasing size of the grant $819 to a maximum of $5,500.
• Ended the war in Iraq and moved toward ending the war in Afghanistan.

Dull, isn’t it?  It’s dull because you have heard it all before.  The Democratic National Convention resounded with these talking points all week long.  Obama and his surrogates have recited them all for months, years.

And from which “Obama 2012″ website did I copy and paste this dreadful resume of progressive policy and executive overreach?

Actually, I copied it from the website of the Communist Party USA.  Their homepage features a headline article, “Why Vote?”  This article offers the above list of Obama’s achievements, prefaced by a warning:

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and many others, died for a most precious human right, the right to vote.  Now, the same racists who denied Black voters ballot rights in the 1960s are trying to keep voters from the polls in 2012.

In the old days, they called it a “poll tax.”  They rode at night and wore white sheets.  Today, they wear expensive suits.  But they still steal elections by cutting off early voting, by imposing photo ID requirements that poor voters can’t afford.  It’s called “voter suppression.”

It will take a fight to defeat these dirty tricks.  Voter suppression tactics violate the letter and spirit of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  Everything from sit-ins to mass rallies on state capitol steps are called for.

This is not the first time the CPUSA has officially supported Obama, of course.  Alternative media voices have been trying to break through the MSM soundproofing on this matter for some time.  (Examples here and here.)  The wording of this year’s endorsement is particularly full-throated, however, which in itself ought to be disturbing to anyone still on the fence about the nature of the man, his party, and his policies.  And while the extreme race-baiting language used in the endorsement is more in keeping with the rhetorical tone of the Weather Underground or MSNBC than with that of “respectable” Democrat sources, is its point any different in principle from many things we hear from elected Democrats every day?

Nevertheless, we must not allow the extreme rhetoric in which the endorsement is couched to distract us from a more fundamental issue, which is this: the CPUSA endorses Barack Obama on the very same grounds — even in the same words — that Obama uses in defense of himself. 

If a communist were operating under the official umbrella of the Democratic Party, and were thus forced to use Democrat talking points rather than speak his own radical mind, we would interpret this as typical leftist cynicism and subterfuge.  But this time the words appear on the CPUSA’s own website.  These are the words the official voice of international communism in America is choosing to use to explain its reasoning to its own target audience.  No one visiting the CPUSA site is confused about the nature of the organization.  The website’s slogan is “Radical Ideas. Real Politics.”  The Party’s prominently displayed self-description appears just under the Obama endorsement:

A better and peaceful world is possible — a world where people and nature come before profits.  That’s socialism.  That’s our vision.  We are the Communist Party USA.

The homepage includes links to their sister site, “People’s World,” featuring articles with titles such as “Romney-Ryan white skin strategy” and a policy statement from Party leader Sam Webb: “Defeating the Rightwing on the Road to Socialism.”

In short, while communist propaganda is by definition a pack of lies, the CPUSA is refreshingly up-front about one thing: their primary and defining purpose is to achieve communism in the United States of America.  In pursuit of that defining purpose, they have for years thrown their lot in with the Democratic Party, and they are now very strongly advocating for Barack Obama in particular.

The point here is not to accuse Obama of guilt by association.  The endorsement of communists does not prove him a communist.

The interesting question, however, is this: why does the CPUSA, in speaking to its own members, urge them to support Obama by citing the very policies and decisions that Obama himself is most proud of?

The answer is as unavoidable as it is straightforward: the Communist Party regards Barack Obama’s signature achievements and defining principles as consistent with, and conducive to, its own defining goal — namely, the establishment of a socialist workers’ state in America.  And of course, as America’s official defenders of the Marxist flame, they certainly know whereof they speak.  Their belief is quite correct, and conservatives ought to be happy to help them make their case.

ObamaCare is an important step on the path to the full denial of the individual’s right to self-preservation.

Equal pay legislation grants the government the power to determine the value of “commodities,” including labor, and thereby directly undermines the foundations of the free market, voluntarism, and private property.

“Investing billions” in “jobs,” “saving the auto industry,” and the “new food safety agency” advance the goal of “workers’” (aka government’s) control of the means of production.

“Unemployment benefits for millions of workers” [insert own joke here].

The “rights of workers” advanced by Obama’s two female Supreme Court appointments are perfectly in line with the slogan the CPUSA loaned to the Democrats on day one of the latter’s convention: “Progress for People,” where “people,” like “workers,” is a time-honored “code word” for the proletariat.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, resulting from the Dodd-Frank legislation, and constructed by Elizabeth “Cherokee” Warren, is a practical step toward Marxism’s key goal of eliminating private banking.

In sum, the Communist Party loves the same Obama policies and accomplishments that the Democratic Party establishment loves, that the mainstream media loves, that the unions love, and that Charles Schumer, Jennifer Granholm, Harry Reid, and Dick Durbin love.  They want more of the same.  The CPUSA sees what most of us see, and what the Democratic Party would somehow like to keep its permanent underclass — um, that is, its voter base — from seeing: the Obama agenda is driving America “forward” on “the Road to Socialism.”  The only difference is that the communists are honest enough to spell it out.

Dear Patriots: It has been an amazing four years, beginning with the socialists’/progressives’ occupation of America led by Barack Obama and coming to a close with patriots rising up to stop the godless agenda of our nation’s enemies.

My article published in 2010, “A Black Man: The Progressive’s Perfect Trojan Horse,” still enjoys wide circulation.  In the article, I explained how the left exploited white America’s goodness, decency, and guilt to sell us their Trojan Horse, a shiny new black man.  My article points out that no “white” president could get away with such a lawless, un-constitutional, over-reaching, and tyrannical reign as Obama’s.

Obama was marketed as a sea level-lowering and planet-healing moderate post-racial messiah, shepherding in Nirvana.  Naïve white American voters thought, Finally, we can no longer be called racists.  Sadly, they were wrong.

Obama is the most far-left-radical, racially polarizing, and anti-Christian president in U.S. history.

Though once thought incomprehensible by many, Americans are beginning to accept the devastating truth that our president is intentionally undermining our country.

So here we are, entering the home stretch, with less than 60 days left in the battle to save America.  I am packing my bags for a six-week tour across America to rally our troops/patriots.  My goal is to encourage, inspire, and energize them for these final days of battle until election day.

At lunch, an old friend said, “Lloyd, I am so excited about your upcoming ‘Rebuild America Defeat Obama Tour.’  God has prepared you for this.”  My friend’s words gave me goosebumps.  After eight national bus tours, this is my first one as emcee.

I long to see, hug, and enjoy fellowship with my brother and sister patriots at our rallies.

As I stated, these past four years have been extraordinary.  Highlights and lowlights include 1.7 million patriots in D.C. protesting ObamaCare, our 2010 midterm election landslide victory, Justice Roberts’s betrayal deeming ObamaCare constitutional, and, most shocking and sad, the passing of our courageous patriot brother, Andrew Breitbart.

Tea Party, I have witnessed your remarkable growth, morphing from rallies of concerned citizens to an army of well-organized and constitutionally educated patriots.  Patriots are exploiting their diverse skills, talents, and passions to Take Back America.

Though one man, Rick Santelli, made the first clarion call, only God could inspire millions to hear in their hearts and respond.  Despite the Democratic Party’s and mainstream media’s attempts to brand us racist, the Tea Party is divinely inspired.

*Disclaimer: Up until July 2008, I WAS a Blue Dog (Conservative) Democrat. Early into the elections of 2008, I realized that the words spoken by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton “pinged” the words of Marxism. “Share the wealth”, “For the Common good”, “Taking profits from Oil Companies”, etc. I decided I wasn’t going to become a Marxist/Communist sympathizer, gave up my Democrat voting status and became an Independent voter in July, 2008.*

My parents were Conservative Democrats, but make no mistake, they brought me up with morals and virtues. My father was Catholic, my mother a Unitarian.  Needless to say I remember the “religious” arguments at home. BUT in the late 60′s I learned valuable lessons that I keep to this day.

My High School graduation class (Pre Carter years) was so large, they did the ceremonies in THREE sessions. Students then were held to a higher standard, including dress code and school code (no cursing in any form allowed).  The Dean of Girls and the Dean of Boys were feared then and the awaiting parents at home were even worse. Yes, I went to Public Schools. In my college major (medical field), we were taught empathy.  To listen to the needs both physical and mental of EACH of our patients.  Today, being in the role of a patient, I found it to be of low caliber.

When my daughter graduated in 2006, there were only 164 kids that qualified for graduation.  Some of the graduating classmates and their antics demoralized the sanctity of their graduation ceremony, yet not one peep from the Principal at the ceremony.

We, as a nation have been on a slippery slope of moral decline.  We have now become an amoral society.  What was once a society of religion, helping those in need of physical assistance and neighborly “love” has now become a society of “self interest”. As I call it the “me” generation.

My personal insights to moral decline:

1.  Prior to the President Carter years, films and entertainment were “censored”; no nudity, cussing or “pelvic thrusting”. Then along came Elvis Presley. He dared the entertainment industry with his “expositions” and once society thought about it and literally women were swooning over him, the entertainment industry’s “censorship” went to the wayside.  Remember silence is acceptance. Yesterday, I witnessed a trailer to a children’s cartoon movie.  In it was a character that’s pants dropped down and exposed his underwear; this movie is rated “G”.  What is that teaching 3-4 yr olds? That it is acceptable to drop your pants to your ankles and expose your underwear?  A Nickelodeon actor tweeted very vulgar comments about Ann Romney; silence from Nickelodeon.  The actor is still working there and the vulgar tweets have been deleted by the Actor; again silence is acceptance America.

2.  Prior to 1968, I had to take a course in High School called: “Americanism vs. Communism”; we studied different Communist leaders, their actions against their people and that America was GOOD.  Today most curriculum is to the “Left”, colleges have Marxist professors and University students are taught Che Gueverra was good, a fighter and an idol.

The Communist Party USA brags about how they have been fighting for the Rights of Men and Women since 1919.  Abortion rights; what about the child’s rights that are in the womb?  Wild sex is okay, but women are “punished” if they become pregnant; abortions are promoted no matter what stage of pregnancy.  Planned Parenthood was started by Margaret Sanger who thought the “unwanteds (black children) and “weeds” of society (disabled) and the “ignorant” should be disposed of (abortion).  Marxists today promote population control and “sustainability” to push their agenda.

Thanks to Woodrow Wilson, we had years of where bigotry and racism were allowed to infiltrate the lives of Americans; gradually and purposely.  Wilson started the League of Nations that later became the United Nations; currently promoting Global Socialism and the “sharing” of wealth between poor third world countries and the larger more prosperous countries.  This all hails back to the Bible talking about giving a man a fish or teaching him to fish.

3.  Unbeknownst to a lot of Americans, Saul Alinsky (the Obama idol) followed the works of Antiono Gramsci, an Italian Communist who believed in Communism through gradualism and Hegelian Dialect.  Saul Alinsky also studied under Frank Nitti of the Al Capone mob of tactics used to “persuade” people.   Saul Alinsky tactics have become front and center thanks to the “Sunshine” turned on by the Tea Party.  The Tea Party are the defenders of the U.S. Constitution and believe in the U.S. founding documents.  Instead of thanking the Tea Party for trying to preserve America, they are labeled as “Racists”, “Radicals”, “Extremists”, etc. by none other than the Democrat Party.  What does that tell you America?

The true Progressive (Democrat) radicals and “community organizers” have come  out of hiding.  The Black Panthers that want to “kill some Crackers and White babies”, the pastor that claimed we are a nation of the KKKA., Che flags visible on the wall of an Obama campaign office, Obama condoned “Occupiers”,  and now Code Pink “Dancing Vaginas”.

Unions that believe that they are the only ones right and everyone else is wrong.

Is THIS the America we have become?

4.  The Obama administration promoting food stamps and welfare (now without any work restrictions).  Think about this:  47% of Americans are now on food stamps; how many are on government welfare?  Whatever the government giveth; the government can also take away.  Think about the Kristallnacht and Hitler.  Hitler brought government to its knees during that time with the result of Germany’s populations begging for the government to help them.  What happened then?  Neighbors turning in neighbors, children inducted into Hitler’s youth squad, the slaughter of millions of Jews, Hitler’s using doctors to find the “perfect” child with BLUE eyes.  Russian communists moved into the vacuum created by Hitler losing WWII.  East Germany was a Soviet controlled bloc until Reagan worked to free the people by uttering “Mr. Gorbachev, tear dow this wall.”  Note: Gorbachev also studied Gramsci Communism.

When you get into “friendly” discussion about food stamps and welfare with a recipient; ask them this, would YOU like to have your own money instead of living with the fear the “goodies” they receive may suddenly and purposely disappear?  Then what.  Cloward and Frances Fox Piven worked on a theory called the Cloward-Piven strategy.   Basically to cause financial collapse causing the United States to convert from a free Capitalist society to a Socialism/Communism style society; everyone equal and the claim of “societal justice”.  Do these recipients think that Obama and his minions will do the same?  That they will give up their wealth and power to be “equal”?

Socialists and Communists aren’t really against Capitalism.  They need it to “fuel” their agenda.  They just don’t think other people should lay claim to profits; they believe they know better than anyone else.  You see their objective is POWER and CONTROL; not that people really matter.

How do we fix America?  We need someone we can TRUST and one to LEAD America back into prosperity.

Changing the mindset of the 47% of Americans being infused by government programs will be a SLOW and arduous task.  They were slowly then quickly infused with the ideology of the Progressives.  Changes WILL NOT happen over night.  We can only hope that by having a job, thus their “own money” that they personally will control, can be a goal for them to attain.  We must give POSITIVE support to those making the change and POSITIVE support to businesses both large and small the ability to turn profits into more jobs therefore pulling America away from the brink of obsolescence back to the “Beacon on the hill”.

We, as Americans MUST teach/give those blinded by Marxism/Communism the tools to understand the difference between power, control and tyranny vs. Liberties and the Freedom to CHOOSE.

Most American’s fail to realize that the number one goal of both the international and American left, is the destruction of the US military – to be followed by the destruction, physically or politically, of the United States itself.

President Barack Obama, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, the Center for American Progress and the Institute for Policy Studies are all working to this end.

Neither Obama, nor Panetta would have a prayer of passing an FBI security check to clean the toilets of any US military base.

The Center for American progress is infiltrated by Marxists and the Institute for Policy Studies is notorious for its communist and foreign intelligence connections.

If they succeed in gutting US military preparedness, it will be end of liberty, not just in the United States – but globally, as Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela, Iran and North Korea will carve up the planet among themselves.

There will be nowhere left to run.

During a time of escalating world tensions, it is generally considered unwise to reduce U.S. military preparedness.

With Iran racing toward nuclear-weapons capability, Syria on the brink of all-out civil war and Russia rebuilding its Cold War-era bases in the Middle East, now would be the time for any president to push for increased funding for U.S. forces.

Instead President Obama’s plans for military cuts, should he win a second term, make his drastic first-term defense slashes – about the only area in which he’s reduced government spending – look like child’s play.

A handful of key progressive organizations behind much of Obama’s first-term agenda have now submitted even more radical proposals to the White House to “transform” the U.S. military.

If these progressive groups have their way, U.S. armed forces will be reduced to a social work-style organization designed to combat “global warming,” fight global poverty, remedy “injustice,” bolster the United Nations and increase “peacekeeping” forces worldwide. The massive, second-term slashes to the military budget are to be used, shockingly, to invest in a defense posture based on “sustainable energy” and fighting worldwide climate change. There is also a plan to wrest control of the military budget from Congress.

This progressive wish list matters because Obama’s first-term agenda did not materialize out of thin air. The president’s signature policies – including his first-term defense cutbacks, the $800 billion “stimulus” and even Obamacare – were crafted over years by the same major progressive organizations and activists now hard at work planning Obama’s second-term strategy on jobs, wages, health care, immigration, electoral “reform” – and national defense.

Two of the progressive think tanks – the Center for American Progress, or CAP, and the Institute for Policy Studies, or IPS – have produced a 96-page blueprint called “A Report of the Task Force on a Unified Security Budget for the United States” (or 2012 Unified Security Budget). Previous recommendations from the CAP-IPS annual Unified Security Budget have been adopted by the Obama administration.

CAP – which is run by John Podesta, a former aide to Bill Clinton and co-chairman of President Obama’s 2008 White House transition team – has had such heavy influence on the crafting of White House policy that Time magazine dubbed it the “idea factory” of the Obama administration.

In fact, the 2011 Unified Security Budget openly boasts that the group’s policy recommendations from its recent defense papers were utilized by Obama’s Sustainable Defense Taskforce, which has notoriously recommended $1 trillion in cuts over 10 years.

The 2012 USB opposes the use of forces on the ground to secure or influence the longer-term strategic position of other nations. It recommends scaling back all U.S. ground forces by 20 percent; reducing the Navy’s surface fleet by 20 percent – including two carriers and carrier combat air wings; and reducing the Air Force by two combat air wings. At the same time, it would cut standing peacetime overseas deployments in Europe and East Asia by up to 50,000 troops.

The Unified Security Budget authors strongly argue for the reduction of the U.S. nuclear arsenal to no more than 292 deployed nuclear weapons and the complete elimination of the Trident II nuclear missile. Obama has already initiated this process by signing a deal with Russia in April 2010 reducing stocks of weapons-grade plutonium.

The accord with Russia was signed at a nuclear summit in Washington arranged by Obama at which leaders of 47 nations (not including Iran or North Korea, the two biggest nuclear proliferators) committed to reducing the world’s nuclear stockpiles. One week earlier, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Obama signed the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, or START, committing both countries to reducing their deployed nuclear arsenals.

Obama had broadly proclaimed his disarmament intentions during a 2007 campaign speech.

“Here’s what I’ll say as president: America seeks a world in which there are no nuclear weapons,” he said.

By 2010, as president, he argued, “We need to change our nuclear policy and our posture, which is still focused on deterring the Soviet Union – a country that doesn’t exist.”

The joint CAP and IPS report, meanwhile, recommends the U.S. cease all further development of missile defenses. The report goes through a list of current missile defense programs, including Ground-based Midcourse Defense, Airborne Laser and Kinetic Energy Interceptors– pushing for all programs to be cut.

The military’s vital Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation program is to be cut by $10 billion across the board.

Next on the chopping block: the complete cancellation of the second SSN-744 Virginia Class submarine. Similarly targeted for cancellation are the V-22 Osprey helicopter and the Navy and Marine Corps versions of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

The 2012 Unified report does advocate a massive increase in one area – any spending that funds “alternative energy” or that focuses Defense Department resources on combating “climate change as a security threat.” The report’s authors recommend investing “the lion’s share” of the few allotted military increases in addressing the “threat” of so-called climate change. The progressive groups are also pushing Obama to take billions of dollars from the U.S. military and instead use the funds for a “green stimulus.”

These groups envision the military as a tool to fight so-called global warming. In 2011, the IPS released a 40-page CAP-endorsed report titled “The Green Dividend,” a term the IPS defines as “a major shift of resources from the military budget to sustainable energy.”

The IPS paper identifies the Pentagon as the “largest institutional energy user – and greenhouse gas emitter – on the planet,” arguing that if it undertook a “crash program” to convert to renewable energy sources and clean vehicles, it could make a significant impact on global emissions.

The IPS calls on the Pentagon to contribute to a green world “by simply getting out of the way, by handing over unneeded military installations to be converted into green job incubators.”

For now, congressional oversight serves as a check to some of Obama’s most drastic calls for defense reductions. Some would even give Congress more power in this realm. But the progressive groups have concocted a plan to wrest budgetary control from Congress altogether – where it is vested by the U.S. Constitution – and instead place the military’s purse strings in the hands of an “independent panel.”

Would American voters support Obama if they knew what he has in store should he win a second term?

Apparently the president himself doesn’t think so. As he told Russian Prime Minister Medvedev when he thought no one was listening: “Tell Vladimir (Putin) after I’m re-elected I’ll have more flexibility.”

Those few words from Obama were the single most important statement of his Presidency.

“Why doth treason never prosper?

Because when treason prospers, none dare call it treason.”

Since reporting on the account of Jason Egroff,  a 28-year-old Scranton, Pennsylvania web designer and Blog Talk Radio host of the weekly Revelation News Christian broadcast, I have received documentation of numerous cases where outspoken critics specific to the anti-Christian agenda of Barack Hussein Obama experienced similar encounters with “mental health professionals.”

In the event you are unfamiliar with the full account of Mr. Egroff, it is documented here. In short, Mr. Egroff was involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility for evaluation due to his pro-Christian yet non-threatening religious views opposing those of the Obama regime. Of course, that’s not the official psychiatric diagnosis given to him, but after an extensive investigation into the events leading up to and following his evaluation, it might as well be. What was uncovered in subsequent investigations involving other “patients,” I am convinced that the common element in all similar cases is one’s Christian beliefs when combined with a vocal opposition to the Obama agenda.

The victims of these tactics are not fanatical, they do not advocate violence, and certainly do not represent any threat to themselves or others. Their common “crime” is that they believe in the Word of God, the Holy Bible, and vocally identify the transgressions of our current government as they relate to the Bible and Scripture. To the Obama regime, this has obviously become a dangerous political threat.

Obama tactics from the Communist playbook

With gratitude to the research of Mary Ann, a listener of the nightly radio Hagmann & Hagmann Report, this author was alerted to the January 2010 edition of the Schizophrenia Bulletin authored by Robert van Voren. The bulletin contains important documented evidence that reads like the mental health chapter from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security handbook, except that it details the strategies of communist Russia in the 1970s and 1980s. During the height of political oppression in the Soviet Union, for example, studies found that at least one-third of the political prisoners were locked up in psychiatric hospitals.

As noted by the author, “using psychiatry as a means of repression has been a particular favorite of Socialist-oriented regimes.” What are we seeing take place in the United States today? We are witnessing a sudden and widespread increase in the “thought police” and by extension, the “religion police.” In the aforementioned bulletin, the author states that “[T]he political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union originated from the concept that persons who opposed the Soviet regime were mentally ill because there was no other logical explanation why one would oppose the best sociopolitical system in the world.”

It is also important to point out that the author notes that under the misuse of psychiatry by the state, the “patient” was diagnosed as having sluggish schizophrenia.  He adds that “[T]he patient with paranoid symptoms retained some insight in his condition but overvalued his own importance and might exhibit grandiose ideas of reforming society. Thus, symptoms of sluggish schizophrenia could be “reform delusions,” “struggle for the truth,” and “perseverance.”  So, according to the nationalized psychiatrists of the former Soviet Union, it was accepted that anyone desiring to eliminate Socialism is mentally ill, and possesses the shocking symptoms and impairments as a desire to seek political reform, learn the truth, and exhibit perseverance in the process. Sound familiar?

As one digs deeper into today’s headlines, it is evident that the socialist inclinations of the current administration, from Obama to Holder to Napolitano and across the higher levels of government, are becoming more apparent. Noted in the study is a reference to Russia that appears to apply here in the U.S.; “the deteriorating political climate seems to create an atmosphere in which local authorities feel that they can again use psychiatry as a means of intimidation.”

A simple booklet explaining President Obama’s health care and economic policies may help those in the tea party movement better understand White House initiatives, suggested Valerie Jarrett, one of Obama’s closest advisers.

Jarrett blasted the tea party movement as an “anti-government” organization that thrives on scare tactics.

Jarrett made the comments last week at a John F. Kennedy School of Government forum.

At the event, an audience member compared the tea party movement and anger at Obama’s policies with people who initially resisted computers because of their “failure to understand” the new technology. The questioner explained simple booklets eventually helped to educate the public on computers. He asked Jarrett whether “much simpler” booklets could be produced for tea party supporters.

“Could the Obama administration write much simpler booklets on housing foreclosure, on the health care bill, whereas a typical person, including those in the tea party, could understand the basics of it?” asked the audience member.

Jarrett was further asked whether the analogy comparing the tea party movement to people who initially rejected computers was accurate.

“I think it’s an excellent analogy,” Jarrett replied.

“Hope and change were so catchy because it was really very simple and it was something everyone understood the definition. And so I think part of what our challenge is is to find a very simple way of communicating,” she said.

Jarrett characterized tea party supporters as anti-government extremists.

“Even if they are in favor of, let’s say, a different form of health care insurance reform, fine; but what’s happening is it’s an anti-government – I mean, that’s the tea party. They really are, um, are, uh, trying to rebel against government at all. And I think that that’s … again, it’s an extreme.”

Notes: Apparently, Michelle Obama referred to these words during her Democratic National Convention speech:

“She said, ‘Barack stood up that day,’ talking about a visit to Chicago neighborhoods, ‘and spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about ‘The world as it is‘ and ‘The world as it should be…’ And, ‘All of us driven by a simple belief that the world as it is just won’t do – that we have an obligation to, fight for the world as it should be.”

Whose world are they talking about?

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…

“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When your ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’
