Probe reveals New Black Panther ties to Hezbollah. Hezbollah at our Southern Border?

Two separate investigations into the New Black Panthers have been conducted this month, one in response to charges of homegrown terrorism and the other in response to the group’s placing a bounty on the head of George Zimmerman, the alleged shooter of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.

The results of the twofold probe, one of which was released yesterday, reveals New Black Panther ties to the Middle East terrorist group Hezbollah.

Congressman Peter King, R-NY, has been investigating Hezbollah’s activities within the United States as part of a Congressional probe into homegrown terrorism. King is Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security. Part of the results of his investigation can be read here.

On the heels of King’s report came another significant development yesterday as a researcher who works with retired General Paul Vallely, a former Fox News analyst, issued a separate report, published here, which exposes significant collaboration between Hezbollah and the New Black Panthers.

The report states,

The springboard of Hezbollah has bearing with regard to the deep ties to people within the Black Panthers Party and the New Black Panther Party and their later affiliation with terror organizations such as Hezbollah. It is important to understand that while there are two distinct names, the doctrine, and the mission and in many cases the same people have been carried over by name and relationships over the years.  The Black Panthers, like the New Black Panthers Party, have a Marxist doctrine and have merged much of the common objectives and like minded attitudes to Islam.

The central issue that can be gleaned from the various probes into the connections between the New Black Panthers and Hezbollah is the failure on the part of Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice to hold these groups accountable for their actions, the latest of which is the bounty placed on the head of George Zimmerman.

Holder had previously dropped the charges of felony voter intimidation against the New Black Panthers in a case that drew national scrutiny in 2008 when members of the group were videotaped swinging clubs and billy sticks at voters outside a polling place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

When the history of the New Black Panthers, the Black Panthers, Hezbollah, the Nation of Islam, and high profile members of the Obama Administration are considered within the broad spectrum of long standing connections, advocacy, and legal maneuvering, many observers contend that it is not difficult to understand why Holder would be quick to drop the charges against the New Black Panthers in the voter intimidation case.  [Emphasis added]

It would also explain, say critics, why Holder has failed to launch an investigation into the group’s statements and activities in the aftermath of the Trayvon Martin shooting in Florida.

Holder, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and others within this exclusive circle such as Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates all share a common long standing history of close associations with dubious figures in the underground movement involving Black Muslims, the New Black Panthers, the Nation of Islam, the Black Panther Party, Hezbollah, and Hamas.

The names of major figures within this underground movement invariably come to the surface when delving into the background of Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Professor Gates, and others involved in the darker side of left wing politics–Eldridge Cleaver, H. Rap Brown, Malik Shabazz, Abdul Alim Musa, Khalid Abdul Muhammad, Carlos Torres, and Marilyn Buck. [Emphasis added]

The latter two, Torres and Buck, were recently released from federal prison after Holder quietly implemented a policy of granting freedom to terrorists. Buck had been a member of the Weathermen along with Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, and had participated in homegrown terror during the 1960s and 70s. She had also maintained membership in the Black Liberation Army and the Black Panthers.

Charles Ogletree:  Protecting former Panthers

On December 8 2005, former Black Panther Party members, John L. Bowman, Hank Jones and Ray Boudreaux held a meeting at the Washington, DC office of Trans-Africa Forum. They were complaining about re-newed police investigations of a 1971 police killing in San Francisco that they had been accused of.

They had been indicted at the time by a grand jury, but were released when the court rendered a decision stating the methods used to obtain information were illegal.

The former Panthers were flanked by Danny Glover, “reparations” activist Ron Daniels, Democratic Socialists of America member Bill Fletcher, Jr.and Charles Ogletree.

Charles Ogletree, said that the community should protect the rights of the former Panthers with their lives^[8].

“These gentlemen, Ray Boudreaux, Hank Jones and others have been victims of the most vicious forms of American terrorism and torture…It takes a village to protect its elders. We tell them today, through our presence here and through our commitment that we will provide a protective blanket over them. They will not come in this village and take these elders, except over our dead bodies.”

Barack Obama called on Ogletree and Democratic Socialists of America member Cornel West, during his 2008 Presidential campaign. Ogletree and West both joined Obama’s Black Advisory Council^[9].

Ogletree has advised Obama on reforming the criminal-justice system as well on constitutional issues. He is a member of the Obama campaign’s black advisory council, which also includes Cornel West, who teaches African-American studies at Princeton University. The group formed after Obama skipped a conference on African-American issues in Hampton, Va., to announce his presidential candidacy in Illinois.

Charles Ogletree:

Charles Ogletree is a long time friend and mentor to both Michelle and Barack Obama.

It also turns out that Ogletree was a hard core radical with roots in the Maoist influenced Black Panthers movement. It also seems that Ogletree is still a militant leftist and is still called on by the Obamas for advice.

In 1970, Charles Ogletree enrolled at Stanford University near San Francisco, then a major center of black activism. Ogletree became a campus radical, organizing an Afrocentric dormitory and editing a campus Black Panthers newspaper called The Real News. He also traveled to Africa and Cuba with student activist groups. In 1973 Ogletree was president of the radical Black Student Union.

Ogletree’s first interest in the law came when he attended the trial of Black Power activist and then Communist Party USA member Angela Davis.

By 1986 Ogletree was director of Harvard’s introduction to trial advocacy workshops, where students were taught that law can be “an instrument for social and political change…a tool to empower the dispossessed and disenfranchised… and a means to make the privileged more respectful of differences,“

Ogletree also began a Saturday School Program so that “African-American students could learn from other professionals of their own heritage“. Barack Obama became one of his regular students.

Ogletree claims to have mentored  both Michelle and Barack Obama during their time at Harvard. According to Ogletree the Obama’s have called on him for advice since that time.

I met Barack three years later when he arrived at Harvard Law School in fall of 1988. He was quiet and unassuming, but had an incredibly sharp mind and a thirst for knowledge. I routinely gave career advice, and often personal advice, to students who would come in with questions about where they should work, how they should use their legal skills and talent, and was it possible to do well and do good…My advice to people like Barack and Michelle was that they could easily navigate the challenges of a corporate career and find a variety of ways to serve their community—through financial support, through volunteer legal services, and through getting involved in community efforts. So this advice started then, and I guess it must have been useful enough. They have not hesitated to call on me over the past 20-plus years as needed.

Taylor believes the cartel campaigns are not limited to the nuts and bolts of the drug trade. He told The Blaze that he feels the cartels want to have a hand in Mexican national elections and hope to help bring  a sympathetic leftist government to power.

The approximately 45,000 casualties of the drug war so far have been largely a response to Mexican President Calderon’s attempts to crack down on the cartels. If the drug barons were able to help install a leftist, anti-American government that would turn a blind eye to the drug trade, it would be a huge victory for the narco-traffickers. And a huge problem for the United States.

“Mexico has an insurgency on its hands– that is exactly what the problem is— and America will have the same problem as it makes it easier to get across the border,” Taylor said.

But Taylor brought some outside elements into his analysis. He stated that drug cartel activity and terrorist activity are both transnational in nature, which means groups from around the world have become involved.

In this case, that means the Shia militant group Hezbollah.

Taylor said that Hezbollah is allying with the drug and alien smuggling operations at the border to help finance their operations in the Middle East. And in the event of hostilities with Hezbollah’s benefactor– Iran– Taylor is concerned that the cartel smuggling networks could help make America’s WMD nightmare come true.

“Get them close enough and effective enough, they [Hezbollah] could smuggle a Weapon of Mass Destruction into the United States.”

For those who would say the threat of a WMD smuggled into the U.S. is hyped or remote, Taylor points to a YouTube video from 2009 in which Muslim cleric Abdullah al-Nafisi talked about bringing 4 lbs of anthrax into the U.S., which he gleefully claimed would kill 330,000 people. Elena Kagan Whitewash, Connections and Outlook   [Ogletree]

But Kagan does have an identifiable, though overlooked, track record on one matter and it’s a telling one. As Dean of Harvard Law School in 2004 and 2005 she treated two liberal law professors with kid gloves when they were busted for plagiarism. Her chicanery was so blatant that even a leftist academic said she should be fired for her “whitewash.”But the way she handled professors Larry Tribe and Charles Ogletree, when they both were caught swiping the words of others, seems to violate basic principles of fairness.

She let the professors off easy for the kind of offense that for which any Harvard undergraduate or law school would have been suspended if not expelled.

As the Harvard Crimson wrote after Kagan and Harvard president Larry Summers declined to punish Tribe, “the glaring double standard set by Harvard stands as an inadequate precedent for future disappointments.”

It also could say a lot about Kagan would behave on the bench.Through inaction and disingenuous statements that disregarded Harvard’s own disciplinary policy Kagan exonerated Tribe and Ogletree of any malfeasance.
In other words, like a good liberal activist judge, she ignored precedent and the plain meaning of relevant texts to create an outcome that struck her fancy.

The copycat cases came to light in the Fall of 2004. Ogletree was busted first for his book, part history part personal memoir, All Deliberate Speed.

Kagan and Obama both taught at the University of Chicago Law School in the early 1990s.

The Ideological Fight of the Century

How in God’s name, and I mean that literally, can liberals lay claim to Martin Luther King?  Isn’t it the Liberal Left and their ACLU who want to ban the Ten Commandments?  Isn’t it liberal Democrats who want to take “God” out of the Pledge of Allegiance and off U.S. coinage?  Isn’t it the modern American Left who vehemently calls for the separation of Church and State?  Isn’t it only Democrats who want God taken out of public discourse?

Where did Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. stand on these issues?  Wasn’t he an ordained minister, like 24 of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, who themselves had seminary or Bible school degrees?  Didn’t he hold prayer vigils and constantly invoke the name of Almighty God, and wasn’t he often pictured in public while embracing his Bible?  Where in Hell, and I mean that literally, did the new liberal Left Democrats come up with such stupefying duplicitous hypocrisy? 

 

An African-American (emphasis on “American”) conservative political group called RagingElephants.org, placed an ad over the last 4^th of July holiday weekend beside a freeway exit in Houston, Texas.  The large roadside billboard stated, “Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican!”  I believe they were trying to point out that MLK was originally a member of Abraham Lincoln’s emancipating Republican Party.  While King may not have been a dyed-in-the-wool Republican, we can say with certainty that the American political Right has now moved so far left that President John F. Kennedy would be a mainstream Republican and Martin Luther King would fall smack dab in the middle of the right-minded conservative Christian camp!

 

The Liberal Democrats of today can no longer honestly claim MLK as their ideological leader nor can they reasonably call him their political ally.  If we look clearly at the guiding philosophy which shapes the mindset of the new breed of Left-Democrat, Martin Luther King is nowhere to be found.  The foundation of today’s liberal Left politicos is not that of King, it is none other than the rankling divisive strategy of mid-century Marxist-oriented Chicago community organizer Saul Alinsky, an avowed and proud atheist.  The very heart of the liberal Left in America now pounds to the beat of Saul Alinsky’s cacophonous bellowing, not to MLK’s calm appeal for harmony.

 

If a verbal fight were to take place pitting the unifying voice of Martin Luther King against the divisive rhetoric of Saul Alinsky, who would win — King’s right-minded moral dogma of unity and fair play or Alinsky’s amoral left-leaning diatribe of division and crotch-kicking?  If there were a ten round “Ideological Fight of the Century”, on whom would you bet your future? 

 

Our current leaders on the Left are so steeped in Alinsky’s ideology, either by once following him personally, by pro-actively studying his principles and philosophy during college, or by embracing and purposefully initiating his tactics in their activism and speeches, that they are de facto dedicated to Alinsky.  These Left leaders who include Rahm Emanuel, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Gerald Kellman, Arne Duncan, and President Obama, among a long list of others, use Alinsky’s ‘sacred’ divisive political playbook far more often than the ‘accursed’ Right imaginarily thumps their Bible. 

 

So, as they say in the sporting world, “Let’s get ready to rumble!”…….

 

Round One:  Saul Alinsky opens with, “To hell with charity…morality is but rhetorical rationale for expedient action and self-interest.” 

 

Martin Luther says, “Now is the time to make real the promises of Democracy.”

 

Round Two:  Alinksy fires, “Ours is a world not of Angels but of ‘angles’.  Reconciliation is when one side gets the power and the other side gets reconciled to it, then we have reconciliation”.  

 

MLK parries, “Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children”.

 

Round Three:  Alinsky jabs, “Radicals…have contemptuously rejected the values and way of life of the middle class.  They have stigmatized it as materialistic, decadent, bourgeois, degenerate, imperialistic, war-mongering, brutalized and corrupt…they are right.” 

 

King fades right, “…Even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream.  It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.”

 

Round Four:  Alinsky hits below the belt, “Pick a target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  Ridicule is a man’s most potent weapon. Keep the pressure on.  If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counter side”. 

 

MLK recovers, “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed:  We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.”

 

Round Five:  Coming out with a salvo, Red fires quickly, “Men don’t like to step abruptly out of the security of familiar experience.  A revolutionary organizer must shake up the prevailing patterns of their lives — agitate, create disenchantment and discontent with the current values.  People won’t act for CHANGE, but they won’t strongly oppose those who do.  The time is then ripe for revolution.” 

 

MLK, the ‘peace-maker’ dodges, fades, and counters, “There is something I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads to the palace of justice:  In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds.”

 

Round Six:  Alinsky lands a left, “The radical realizes that constant dissension and conflict is and has been the fire under the boiler of Democracy.” 

 

The preacher counters with a right, “Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.  We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline.”

 

Round Seven:  As he methodically circles the canvas, a chorus of dissonant jeers erupting from protesters rises to a fever pitch, encouraging the activist-radical as he swings away, “Any revolutionary CHANGE must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward CHANGE among the mass of our people.  They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and chance the future.  This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution.” 

 

MLK isn’t buying the ‘divisionist’ strategy.  He floats like a butterfly, and unloads a unifying barrage of lefts and rights, “With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood.” 

 

Round Eight:  Both fighters are showing resilience.  Angry, and coming from his corner as mad as a hornet, Alinsky fires a devastating left jab, “Remember, we are talking about revolution, not revelation!” 

 

But, just ducking under the punch, it’s King who scores and stings like a bee, “This will be the day — this will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with new meaning, ‘My Country ‘tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing…Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim’s pride — from every mountainside, let freedom ring.’” 

 

Round Nine:  Obviously slowed in the last round, perspiring heavily, and a bit wobbly on his feet, Alinsky nevertheless manages to unleash a quick, concise flurry, “What the present generation wants is what all generations have always wanted — a meaning, a sense of what the world and life are — a chance to strive for some sense of order.” 

 

But the real crowd favorite, as always, is able to thrust and parry, jab and move, and he connects with a slow-building, counter-attack which stuns Alinsky: “From every mountainside, let freedom ring.  And when this happens, when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God’s children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:  Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”

 

Round Ten:  Damaged but not down, Saul ‘Red’ Alinsky, the Socialist-Marxist antagonist, plods forward, and with all the false vitality garnered through deception and deceit draining away, he manages a few, slow last-minute punches, “Lest we forget at least an acknowledgement to the very first radical:  From all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins-and which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom….Lucifer!” (Satan). 

 

Ignoring the impious eulogy, Martin Luther King, the premier heroic American protagonist of our time, comes quickly over the top with a crushing finale, “And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.”  Alinsky drops like a rock!  It’s over — it’s MLK by K.O.  

 

Ringmaster:  Saul Alinsky was a devious and cunning propagandist who in 1972 wrote “Rules for Radicals” which espoused his above mentioned destructive ‘fight dialogue’.  He was a divider and a secular liberal who played on emotion and advocated change, Marxist CHANGE, yet our liberal politicians who studied him and our mainstream media who revere him, nonetheless aggressively apply his strategies today.

 

Martin Luther King was a unifier who believed in the Ten Commandments and the Constitution, and he understood our forebears came to a new land expressly to seek Liberty and escape religious persecution.  He also fully comprehended that the original intent of the separation of Church and State was meant to keep the government out of the Church, it was not the new Left’s inverse and twisted definition where ‘God’ is not allowed anyplace in government nor anywhere remotely close to the public square.  

 

The Left in America no longer believes what Martin Luther King believed, they cannot say what he said, and they cannot do what he did!  In America today liberals and most Left Democrats and certainly the media, will not tolerate nor defend God and they will try to sue you if you do, while right-minded conservatives, like Martin Luther King, Jr., depend wholly on God.
